I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). My husband asked what the best carpeting for pet stains was, and the female owner tells my husband, "it is more than you can afford". For whatever reason, we still decided to go with the carpeting, because it was "the best". Much to our dismay, every single pet stain on the carpet is evident. We used our own carpet cleaners, and had it professionally cleaned. Nothing worked. When I emailed them pictures, asking for help, I received back a very short reply. They said they would reach the manufacturer. I would email them frequentl, because I had not heard anything from them I didn't get a reply back, once. It took over a month, for them to finally reply to me. They emailed to tell me that the manufacture, found no warranty issues with the carpet. And that was that. We spent just over $14,000 for our carpeting. They didn't offer us any help or suggestions. Nothing. Do yourself a favor, shop for flooring elsewhere. I certainly wish we had.
