Ron was excellent - scheduled and got someone out same day. Unfortunately, this is where Don entered. Don isn't sophisticated enough to hide his prejudice or seemingly intelligent enough to deduce when someone has significantly more means than he's able to assess. Don comes out, and asks "who's going to be living here" after assuming that I'm doing work at the place until my mother arrives, which is not only weird, but emblematic of the lack of sophistication or professionalism that was to come. He then says he'll write up a quote, and then send a picture of it. We wait a few hours, and he decides to call and hem and haw around the idea that he doesn't believe that we were in a position to actually pay for the thing we specifically asked to get quoted. "Well it's a lot of money and some people don't want to pay that etc, etc..." To be clear, I can't accurately assess the quality of their ability to do flooring for the sheer audacity, lack of professionalism, and unearned arrogance. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I did NOT expect to receive a call from him a few hours after his visit saying that it's going to be expensive, "like $22,000." So, before he put any effort into creating a quote for me, he wanted to see if this is something that I wanted him to do. Excuse me? I asked for a quote to install floors in my condo. He stammered and stuttered trying to find a way to say that he didn't think I could afford it, so it wasn't worth his time to do a quote. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so.
