We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. Let's be clear--this was not caused by one weekend of rain. The roof was damaged before I ever moved into this apartment, and I have photos to prove it. Your company failed to properly address an existing problem, and now my daughter and I are paying the price for that negligence. I am currently without a place to live while this situation remains unresolved. Rather than addressing the full extent of the damage, your company appears to be focused on simply replacing drywall. That is not an adequate repair when water poured through light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vents, balcony doors, and completely soaked the carpet before the ceiling ultimately collapsed. This isn't a cosmetic issue that can simply be patched together--it raises serious concerns about the safety and structural integrity of the unit. Please stop blaming one weekend of rain. There was no tree damage or sudden event that caused this. I have photographs documenting the pre-existing roof damage, as well as a report from the Fire Department confirming the condition of the apartment. At some point, doing the right thing should matter more than saving money. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated throughout this entire process. I reached out and gathered estimates from more than 15 places in the area. Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. He made the whole process straightforward. When a couple unexpected problems came up, he explained the situation to me and provided me with fair options. The laundry is expensive and is often broken. Rent increases greatly each year. After move out, my security deposit was not returned. They charged almost $1,000 for garbage left on the curb (where trash is picked up) at $45 per bag plus a bulk moving fee. I was told it was fine to leave my trash there in move out day by staff. I informed them not all the belongings were mine. Other residents placed trash, a table and chairs in the same spot. They also claimed drywall damage at $100 despite there being no actual damage. I informed them of this, but still have not received my security deposit and do not answer the phone. Throughout living there it has been hard to get someone in the office on the phone. I do not recommend living there.

We were told the product was discontinued...long story short we contacted the manufacturer of the floor product and were informed the product has not been discontinued but the locking style had been changed due to problems with installation. Guess what..the new locking style is not compatible with the last version,so any problems means THE WHOLE floor needs to be replaced, guess who's avoiding that. Was also told by the manufacturer that a professional floor REFERY WOULD NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN to find out what went bad. Basically we were told a non truth to avoid replacment
