When they showed up, 3 1/2 hours late, the technician changed the price from 59.99 to 90 dollars. When I refused to pay this updated price, he used unprofessional language. I called the company back and the "office manager" was not empathetic nor apologetic. Shortly afterwards, a "field manager" called saying that his guy was still nearby and wanted to do the job. He again changed the price, saying he was lowering it to 79.99. I refrained from his offer. He said, "Okay, you want me to do it for 59.99, I can not guarantee you your couch will be clean." I said no thank you. He got loud over the phone and said, "So you want your couch clean, but don't want to pay the price. It's only 10 dollars more." I said, "10 dollars plus the loss of an entire morning. No thank you!" I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism shown by this company. Stay away!!!

Then they called me when they were 25 minutes from being to my place. They showed up, they put their booties on their shoes, were very professional looking, and were fast , and clean while inside my home. They did an excellent job and that's why I have them out every year. This is my 3rd year and it won't by my last year calling Aladdin's.
