He did a excellent job starting with putting corner protectors on all the corners to prevent damage from the hoses. He took extra care to pretreat all areas and then did a great job cleaning each area. The chemicals he uses are benign and he takes extra care to use a neutralizing rinse as his final step. When I first contacted them, neither of us knew my tenant DESTROYED my home. Dried feces everywhere! Some cleaners might've backed out. But they didn't. They also used a fabulous disinfectant and odor eliminator. This husband and wife duo did an AMAZING job! They definitely know what they are doing and WILLING to do a great job. Their attention to the smallest of details made the price increase worth it. On my exterior camera I saw the husband clean up the door mat, shaking it out real good and all, and sweep underneath it. Wow! On my exterior camera I saw my repair contractor lift up a safety board and didn't put it back down. My repair guy passed this board he left up many times, didn't put it back, and left. I was so frustrated but didn't want to bother my house keeper about it, when there were so many other things I had already burden them with. But guess what... without me saying a word, these folks saw the safety issue and the board tossed up and put that board back down! KUDDOS! So if you are calling around getting quotes, let me tell you.... you might not be comparing apples to apples.
