I tried not to be confrontational and let the other crew member address the issue. The windows were cleaned but the screen and track cleaning is not worth the additional cost as the crew only uses the rags to clean. My wife and I had to go back and clean the tracks and frames ourselves. The crew forgot to replace two screens and another crew had to come back out a few days later to re-install the screens. Also, while the work was being performed one of the crew members accidentally damaged one of the screens and I was told that the company would replace the screen free of charge but that it would take a few weeks which seems odd since they are right around the corner from where I live and they use a local hardware store for supplies. I have not decided if I will call them again next year for service or not...Buyer beware!
