They sprayed some orange scented cleaner that took our breath away and we had to wear KN95 masks and my husband actually had to go outside and sit on the front porch. As I stated they pulled in the driveway at 2:00 and left our front door at 2:47. (47 total minutes). Needless to say the stains are still where I pointed them out to the cleaner. We were informed to wait for 24-48 hours for the carpets to dry. I phoned Modernistic and Lexie was kind enough to try to find a crew that could come out this evening but was unsuccessful. She offered a couple options tomorrow, more sitting around waiting for the 8-11 or 1-4 windows and I declined because I do not want to wait an additional day for the carpet to dry out. I used Modernistic in the past but unfortunately will not in the future. The smell is throughout the house and takes your breath away and the carpets are definitely not clean. I appreciate the offer of a new crew tomorrow but think I should be entitled to at least a partial refund.
