As a result, I haven't had the slightest clue as to when they'd come by despite them operating for over a week now. This morning, at 10am, I happened to be the first apartment they'd be working on that day. I'm currently working second shift and woke up to them knocking at my door. I asked if they could come back in half an hour so that I could get ready. They said that'd be no problem, as they could work on other apartments. They then told be they'd come back and work on mine in an hour and a half. Well, they ended up working on other apartments, including my neighbors to the side of me and the unit directly above me. They then left at around 3:30pm without giving me any notice. I put all my plans on hold for my day off, as I expected them to work on my apartment next and wanted to be here for it. Now, I have no idea when they'll show up again. This is incredibly inconvenient as I work from home and have meetings all day. TLDR: This company does not care about inconveniencing you or giving you the least bit of courtesy. If you're a landlord and care about your tenants, I would avoid hiring this company.
