I have a very long story that started back on Jan 11, 2017 about what I went through with some…read moreCompanies (one that just "showed up" after my neighbors house caught fire and spread to mine, and then lol, one of my Insurance companies contractors), to make the story short as possible, let me just say it was a horrible experience as I caught them in numerous lies, & they were NOT thorough or into the small details, at all. I was beyond frustrated, tired, stressed, and so disappointed. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company, in addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience i have had to date. I work in the Automotive Industry as Supplier Quality so I KNOW how important it is to try and keep Customers happy when the calls & emails do not stop coming and far as I am concerned, Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc is ON POINT, and i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing this kind of help. I cannot recommend Mori Tree Service based on my experience…read more The job started out well, but things quickly went downhill. I hired them to remove four large trees and one small pine tree. Instead of carefully lowering the trees, they were simply dropped onto my yard, causing significant damage and leaving large holes throughout my lawn. The cleanup was also disappointing. Debris was left behind, and another company had to come remove the wood. The stump grinding has been especially frustrating. The crew has returned three separate times, yet several stumps are still sticking above ground, and the work remains unfinished. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication. After multiple attempts to have the remaining issues addressed, I no longer receive any response. I understand that problems can happen on any job, but standing behind your work and communicating with your customers is what matters most. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Because of the poor workmanship, property damage, incomplete cleanup, and lack of follow-up, I would not recommend Mori Tree Service.
