We keep our litterbox in the basement, and after a litterbox mishap that occurred on the stairs, there was a lingering cat urine smell that we just couldn't shake after trying half a dozen products ourselves. ProTech was simple to schedule with, friendly and knowledgeable, super fast, and so much more affordable than the "big guys" in the carpet cleaning space. When I called to voice my concerns (Thursday morning) I was told the office was too busy and wouldn't get back to me until Monday. They never asked for my name, callback number, or details on the issue...just brushed it off. Cheyenne and Amanda "cleaned" my carpet. The owner has since responded to my complaint with defensiveness and blame (see their Facebook page). This is the perfect example of how a business should not address negative feedback from its customers in a public forum.
