In January, we were having some work done on the cottage and the contractor informed us that there was 3 feet of water in the basement. He confirmed that Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services had never done what they were hired to do. Cate Rice never answered numerous calls or emails or texts. The damage Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services caused to our cottage was over $1,800. To this day, Cate Rice and Prestige Home Services has never responded to any of our attempts to contact her.

At first I thought I could fix it, but the price and service they offered with a new Trane HVAC, I couldn't pass up. Airworks crew was prompt at 9 am and had it all installed in about 4 hrs. Cleaned up, removed old furnance. Crew waste no time at all. Constantly at the job, until completed. Airworks, receives messages and responds promptly. I am so pleased with them, I had Airworks replace my tank water heater that was getting old to a Navien tankless water heater. New experience to get use to. I know I will be pleased.
