We had an empty house, everything that needed to be…read moredone was talked over initially with a manager and a quote was given of approx $ 650-880 for the job. ( in fine print they give themselves a clause that allows for much higher cost if the job isn't done in 8 hours). Regardless there was so little cleaning done by 2 workers, at the end of the first day . Their method of cleaning was senseless. Needed training on how to clean. For example: No vacuuming or sweeping all floors prior to washing them thus they tracked in dust and floor dirt on mopped floor. Kitchen & bathroom cleaned the first day , had already been cleaned prior to estate sale. There was no evidence of 16 hours of cleaning that first day!!! Spoke with the manager and voiced our dissatisfaction in the cleaning that was claimed to be done. Agreement made by them to finish the job for a max of $ 1100. After the second day...the cleaning was again very disappointing. Have had to rewash all but one floor, wipe down and dust all window ledges & baseboards , clean mirror in master bathroom and clean a kitchen refrigerator. It appears that no walls were wiped down. Will be sure to never refer this agency. The end!!!

I pulled up next to them and apologize for whatever the offense was under. The passenger was really embarrassed and said it's OK but the driver, owner, just scowled swearing. I was having a great day. Just imagine her cleaning for you. No thanks. I hire happy people, fair people.

Jenna provided her services for 3 different homes within our family for 2 years. The only reason…read moreshe isn't doing so anymore is because of relocation. She was the first person I hired to ever clean our home. I waited until I was desperate for physical help to find someone to help me keep up with my housekeeping. I'm a prior military spouse so I am a stickler for white glove service as well as having a hard time trusting a "stranger" in my home. After interviewing another housekeeper, I almost stopped looking. But when I discovered Jenna, I thought I would give the idea one more try. I immediately felt at ease when meeting her. She is a sweet spirit and eager to help. She accepted all of my requests and performed them well. She not only cleaned our home weekly, she helped us with special projects (deep cleans, house checks, etc) when we needed. You would be lucky to have Jenna if she has time to fit you in her schedule!

After years of research, in 2015 we purchased our carpet from Carpet One in Mt. pleasant, MI…read more ProTip: carpet one is one of the few outfits that maintains a showroom AND employs a team of expert installers. So, in the unlikely event you encounter an issue, you are dealing with one company. The team of five (5) installers arrived on time and ready to go. We had moved 1/2 of the furniture to a neighbor's garage to give them room to maneuver. Watching the installers work was like watching an NBA game. Within 30 minutes, the remaining furniture was moved to one room. 60 minutes later, all the old carpet in the dumpster. In comes the new carpet. By the end of the 2nd day, the carpet is down and the furniture moved back into place. The speed! The precision! On top of that, they were really nice and considerate. Carpet One also made us 3' by 3' braided carpet mats from the extra carpet which we use on our linoleum kitchen floor. That was 2015. It's now 2021. The carpet still looks brand new (we paid a premium to buy the best grade carpet). No regrets. Would definitely use CarpetOne again and recommend. But honestly, the way the carpet is holding up, it may outlast us. Epilogue: after much research, we purchased a Bissell Pet Hair Eraser vacuum. We don't have pets, but it does an excellent job. Good Luck!
