Then I ended up going about 6 miles away and the spare tire shredded and I called C&C towing back and they had me call the insurance company and have my car towed to there business and they found me a a good used tire put it on my rim and sent me on my way in a safe car. They went over and above to help me get home safe and sound and they ended up doing more than they were required to do and at no out of pocket charge because it was 2 days prior to my pay day. D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.
