ONE OF THE OWNERS cleaned my carpet he sat my child's pack&play on top of my tv and broke my entire screen. He cleaned another room for free so I'm assuming that was because he knew he broke my tv I called to let him know what he had done and he denied it and called me a liar and was saying really rude and mean things to me. I will NEVER pay them my hard earned money again. People work to hard for their things to have someone rushing to do a job and be careless how they treat peoples things. This company is so much better than Stanley Steamer and they are cheaper. Stanley did my living room carpet last year and didn't get it clean. Pichey did it today and my carpet's not only clean but it looks brand new. Highly reccomend this company. Will definitely have them come back and do the rest of the house read more

They did a good job and they booked me without writing a time down in the book but that worked out fine. No complaints with the work either. We had a older gentleman and a you get one. The younger one snapped at me when I was moving my car. I was looking for my keys and yes it took 9 minutes to locate them. My bad. But the young man telling me to hurry up because the work van was very hot. I get it was a 85 degree day and it was hot but he was just so rude. If I call this company again I will ask to have anyone but that younger guy come back. I wish I got his name to help warn people. I would give the work 5 stars but due to rude staff I would knock down the over all rating to a 3. Oh and they left some equipment here. I noticed it as they were driving a few blocks away. They came to my home to clean my living room, hallway and stairs. The owner would not put any cleaner down. We had to constantly remind him that the carpet was not cleaned. there were many missed spots from his cleaning. Furthermore, he refused to wear a mask while in my home, despite us offering him one of ours if he did not have one. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone. Very poor. Asked me to bump up my appointment by 3 hours for their benefit and then refused to block up the fine wood furniture despite admitting to having the foam blocks. After pulling out the hose, he then refused to clean the carpets stating he was afraid. Reeled up the hose and left refusing to clean. Thankfully a competitor came thru as I had all the furniture moved. Will never call this company and encourage others to do the same. No call back when they said they would and the owner is the one that walked off the job. Very unprofessional. read more

The first time I had the company out, the older gentleman did my carpets and they were great. The second time I had them out, the 2 sons came, and they did ok at cleaning, but I had wrapped my table cloth around the chandelier so that no one would hit their head on it, and they turned the light on and it burned my table cloth. Luckily I turned the light off and found it before it burned my house down. They also scraped up the wood that separates my carpet from the wood floor pretty bad. All of the areas that were tile or wood next to the carpet were very sticky from the cleaning solution and I had to wipe them all down after. The first time I had no issues, the second time I had many issues. I don't think I would use this company again. Or I would request the older gentleman. read more

I have used this carpet cleaning service 4 times over the recent years, and I have always been happy with the service that they provided. They come on-time when I have them scheduled. The middle-aged gentleman that has cleaned my carpet a couple of times is always pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. He is thorough when he cleans, and doesn't miss any spots or areas. If there is a tough stain, then they try their best to get it out. Everytime I have used this company I have been pleased with the end result, the quick work, and the affordability of the job.
