Greg was running a little behind and his wife contacted me right away to at least let me know he was about 15 minutes behind due to traffic. I was happy she called, there is nothing more irritating than scheduling an appointment and waiting when you have a full day planned yourself. I felt that they were concerned enough to call me over a 15 minute delay, it was at least a company that cares about your time too! My carpets for not having been professionally cleaned in 21/2 years look amazing! I have a taupe/cream color carpet that shows any dark stain that hits it....Greg did not make promises that he could remove all stains, which I appreciate. I used another company 21/2 years ago, and was left with soggy carpet for days. My carpets were pretty dry by the end of the day and completely dry by the morning when we got up. We moved to Fenton in February and needed the carpets cleaned. We called Fenton Carpet Cleaning and were pleased with our timely appointment, the heads up call when he was on his way and the courteous manner with which he treated us. He explained every step that was taken to clean the carpet and took special care to keep our house clean and protected from his equipment. We have had Fenton Carpet Cleaning to the house three times. The last time was to manage a persistent stain that was cleaned, but partially came back (about 20% of the original stain). It was a liquid stain that we thought was taken care of but wicked up from the padding after the cleaning. He worked us into his schedule and came back to finish the job. The offer to pay for the return trip and the extra effort and time was graciously refused. We will continue to use this service in the future. read more

I presented Fenton Carpet Cleaning with a very difficult task: white carpet that went through two puppies and general ware - My carpets were in rough shape. BUT Fenton Carpet Cleaners came to the rescue, and they made such a huge improvement in my carpet; it was amazing! They almost completely erased all of the random pet stains and turned my off-white carpeting white again. They were speedy, too! Did almost my whole house super quick with quality work. Greg just cleaned my basement carpet yesterday and I was blown away by the excellent job he did. My carpet is 12 years old so I wasn't expecting any miracles. I was shocked when the finished product was carpet that looks and smells brand new. Greg was even miraculously able to get out a paint stain and a rust stain that have been there for years even after many failed attempts by me to remove them. On top of doing an excellent job, Greg is personable, honest, punctual, fairly priced, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Gregory came out and could not be more professional or kind. Our cat has completely destroyed our carpet in the basement area that was brand new when we moved in. Gregory came out and looked it over and told us that we should not spend money to steam clean and really need to tear everything out. We just bought a used condo in Fenton that needed the carpets cleaned before moving in our furniture. Greg, the owner of Fenton Carpet Cleaning, did a fantastic job of making our carpets look like new. There was some staining in the carpet and areas that had a distinct outline of an area rug on top of the wall to wall carpeting. Greg was excellent! He is very professional and explains what will be done. He also is interested in the family in the home and how their day is going.
