What a great idea for a service! I have used this company probably 3 times now, every 1-2 years. I have 1.5" aluminum horizontal blinds throughout the home and for about $150 total, they come out, take the blinds down and out to the truck, clean them off and reinstall them so they are perfectly clean!! read more

Poor response and now NO RESPONSE. It seems to me Scott Bryan's does not care to service a customer who has the smaller job, reinstalling a broken blind and selling a new kitchen window blind. They said Hunter Dougkas likely does not make the end caps for a blind 15 years old. Scott Bryan's did not call me back regarding my kitchen blind nor the end caps for the broken blind. I called Hunter Douglas and they sent me the end cap parts for the broken blind, so why couldn't this company do the same? Having another company come out to do the job they will not! read more
