The cabinets with posterior mirrors, paint that is consistent with other cabinets , and perfect sizing to fit each piece of sculpture . My husband and I finally had to give him a time when we needed our bathroom completed. We told Mark we needed the bathroom completed by January 26,2024. Needless to say demo wasn't even completed by the 26th of January. The Proposal was $6,600.00 Asked for half his labor up front. $2000.00. Then gave him another $3000.00 of Materials. During demo Mark ran into mold issue. Issued me a Change Order for Mold Removal and Remediation for $2400.00. Mark gave me a discount and charged me $1500.00. To be paid in full material cost was $100.00 labor was $1400.00. Paid Mark another $1000.00. I now have gave Mark $6000.00 for and total cost of a bathroom $8100.00. Wouldn't pick any materials. we were told by Mark he would pick them up when deemed necessary. Mark had a helper. But she just sat and watched and ate McDonald's. It was continuously goofing around. Come to find out it was his girlfriend. Needless to say we had to let Mark go and try to find another Contractor. Mark Kenney took me and my husband for $6,000.00. So much for trying to help family out and contracting your Cousin. There is no Rating that qualifies for this kind of behavior or disrespect. I agree with Heidi.
