We replied no, Saturday works best. Next, they responded that the Saturday slot is not available. The site clearly says 'available dates and times'. I feel like they just don't want to work on a Saturday so say it's not available when it is. I went back to the site and Saturday is still available- so why are we being told it's not? Never ever met him I don't even know his position. I do know He berated me over and over, demanding a made up $85 fee for a 2nd trip. It was their error they had to come back. I attempted to explain, but told to stop talking, he didn't care to listen, kept saying he knew everything. Confused and mad I refused the fee. He begins to ramble on in an anger attack, about me talking and then, blames us. Yes, we are the real problem. We didn't buy some verticals from them and he is furious . I guess he must be going broke. My small job is nothing . Months of calls delay, zero customer follow-up, now blackmail. They have my parts, they broke several clips and nothing good from this experience.

We consulted drapery and blinds experts, and none of them could deal with the curved window shape. Fortunately, with Yelp's help, we found Tony Shehaj and T S Custom Shutters. Tony invented a great solution to our problem with a pair of custom adjustable inside shutters. He measured our window very carefully and placed the order with the factory. He warned us to expect 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Exactly 7 weeks later, he brought a pair of shutters that were perfectly sized to our unusually-shaped window. You would not believe how exact the fit was. They look great and are match our door and window trim.
