I was trying to get my blinds in dining room fixed since early October, call after call, promised Thanksgiving then Christmas then..after numerous calls n messages they don't even know who I am in mid January. They had multiple blinds to fix. Early December they finally came to install, I paid in full for one installed blind the others had numerous incorrect parts so more delays. Began the weekly phone call, Ignored again. Finally mid Jan they have the parts. Now I can only call it as I felt but I was being blackmailed by a man named Dan. Never ever met him I don't even know his position. I do know He berated me over and over, demanding a made up $85 fee for a 2nd trip. It was their error they had to come back. I attempted to explain, but told to stop talking, he didn't care to listen, kept saying he knew everything. Confused and mad I refused the fee. He begins to ramble on in an anger attack, about me talking and then, blames us. Yes, we are the real problem. We didn't buy some verticals from them and he is furious . I guess he must be going broke. My small job is nothing . Months of calls delay, zero customer follow-up, now blackmail. They have my parts, they broke several clips and nothing good from this experience.

Initially, Rich helped me with several simple privacy blinds and I looked through samples for the bamboo shades I had in mind for my family room. The privacy blinds arrived in just two weeks and the price for all 3 was less than one of the privacy blinds was going to cost in my first quote. The whole experience was perfect, so I decided to order nice bamboo shades for my family room through them too. These took a while longer but they're beautiful and fit perfectly. I had black out blinds in the bedrooms installed and panel blinds in my living room a while ago…read more It was a couple that had brought me the swatches for the honeycomb style blackouts as well as the varieties of colors for the panels too. I picked out 5 track for the panels to have the blinds open up on each side. Once fully closed, they overlap nicely. While open they aren't exactly lined up on either ends. The blackout blinds had to be broken into 2 sections due to the height of the windows, they were 8 feet tall, the solid wasn't ideal but doable. The bigger section from the start would get stuck while trying to close to the ground and will often get stuck about 2-3 inches off the ground. The panels have to be carefully closed or they will bend and fold onto each other as they close over and pass the tracks. The right side must be closed over first and then the left. Sometimes I have to fix them so they don't bend as they go over the previous panels to nicely lay as planned. The panels are a bit more money but they look cool and give a nice shading, but not too much. All told, it was under $5k. The blackouts still leave gaps to the walls and soffits.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I got zebra blinds installed in August of last year for my new home. 1) The company promised to install a free blind for the window in my garage. I had to follow up multiple times, and finally they came and installed it but it was too short for the window and also was a faux wood blind instead of zebra blind which was promised. He agreed to swap it but it has been 10 months since and I haven't been getting any response. 2) The zebra blinds were quite expensive and I paid a premium for them ($3800 for 10 blinds). We went with the recommendation from company during blind selection. I'm disappointed that these blinds don't block any light whatsoever coming in and are useless. The TV is unwatchable during day time due to all the glare and reflection coming in from windows. I had to spend a lot again to get curtains installed for whole house.
