When we faced a challenge with one particular (over sized) window he quickly presented solutions and even came back out to my home to remeasure and make sure the solution would work. It only took three weeks from my order date to my installation date, and had the Christmas holiday not been in the middle of that, it likely would have been even less time. I'm very happy with the quality of the cellular shades I chose, and Jim did an excellent job installing them. He went above and beyond every step of the way.
