He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. You can tell he truly cared about the quality of his paint job and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll admit I can be a little fussy about paint. I'm very happy with Andrew's work! He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. Though his company is booked fairly tight for a couple months for large installs; they fit in smaller jobs as they are able. Bruce and his team came out a couple days later to do the job. The team arrived wearing masks, which my wife and I appreciated. They wasted *no* time. They properly patched the subfloor, which was probably the pain in the ass part of the whole thing because they had to access it via a muddy crawlspace. The finished results look great. I can't even tell where the hole from the old heat duct was. Luckily, I had recently had all of the flooring done and the finish was an easy match- again- the work was impeccable and the crew had the job done in about 2 hours. I brought my table over, he was finished less than 2 weeks later (including a long holiday weekend), and it looks beautiful. He started on it not knowing for sure if the paint would strip off easily enough, but apparently no problem. He called to suggest a stain color (walnut), which I went with -- by this point I could tell that any recommendation he had would probably be ideal, but appreciated having the choice. He even put in a new bottom in the little drawer; *what* a nice touch -- along with proper felt-bottomed 'feet' on the table legs. I also saw some beautiful work in his shop, and would definitely hire him again.
