Jagr was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning. During the estimate, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the shower and clearly explain what work he would be doing. I really appreciated that he was straightforward and took the time to answer questions rather than simply giving me a price and rushing through the appointment. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared with some of the larger companies I contacted. Being a family-owned business, it seems he is able to provide excellent service and personal attention without the overhead and pricing of some of the larger restoration companies. Jagr was also extremely efficient while completing the work. After everything was finished, I noticed a couple of areas where the grout didn't look quite as good as the surrounding areas. Since they did such a good job on the showers, we also had them do some work on our stone tiles in the entry way and in our kitchen area. They definitely cleaned this up and significantly improved how this older tile looks. We swift and steam clean the tiles a few times a year, but their work made a really big difference in the appearance. We walk in these areas quite often during the day, so we really appreciate the improvement. They arrived timely for both appointments, and were efficient in their work - it took exactly how long they had estimated. They were very personable, but also pretty quiet while they did their work. He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. My assumption was that the tub would be the same color that it was, but it was glazed in white. White doesn't match the color scheme of my 1950s bathroom that I love. The scheduler said that TubTastic would make it right, but she will no longer communicate with me. At the time the glazer was wraping up, my husband paid the glazer in good faith that the color would be redone, but since July 26th when the work was done there has been no progress and no responses with any updates with making this right.

The reason I decided on allowing this company to do the job was they were able to install next day. What did I hate the most about the install, the late start and the excessive amount of breaks. So much so another company here to install something, mentioned it. "I did not take off marks for that." It was just the worst part of the install. The best thing I loved about the installation is the color of the LVP. A better choice than the other companies I received quotes from. ----- I hate the pricing model from all of the companies. I'd like to see that I was charged the same as the people before me, apples to apples, prices are listed so I can see for myself. ($8+ a sq foot for 420 sq ft and there is no flooring to move. Compare it to the rest of the flooring that was done that included 21 steps. Rooms were bigger and there was carpet, and tack strips to take up. Plus, they already had the product on the truck, per installer. My fear, and I believe it happened. 1st sale was to get the job and the second was to make up the difference from the first sale. I felt I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I loved the color and the reason they didn't get a score of 5 , I just wanted it over. Even though I knew $8+ was on the high side of competitive while telling me you're giving me a deal. Only y'all know if you lied. Since I'm not presented with a price sheet. I hate the, today it's 5, tomorrow it's 2 and next week it's 10. Whatever your head decides it is. You feel robbed while they're smiling in your face. Not once did someone mention the 60% installation, why, cause there's no such thing. Vent over! At the end of the day, I love the color and, install, the people were friendly and my salesman was Great!! He was knowledgeable of the product and delivered what he promised.

David at Keen Woodwork really stood out as an honest, trusted advisor who is proud of his work and who is the person who actually removes and installs the flooring. (He's the owner.) With a team of three, David communicated constantly, showed me what he was doing, took great care with furniture moving and covering, and provided an outstanding quality installation.
