On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

On the day of service, the staff arrived and were very professional. They were polite and tried to time the noisy parts of the day with times when my baby was not napping. The gentleman who worked on our shower stall informed us that there was a problem with water seeping back up after it was dried, and that it was beyond his scope of knowledge. I appreciated this fact because if he hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known, and we discovered that we had to get our shower floor replaced due to the water problem. Some technicians only do what they are paid to do and do not put forth any additional effort. SRS is not just 'some technician'. I called them about it and they came back out to fix it. The third time they came out was around 11 months after the tub was deglazed. My tub had stated peeling (similar to the picture) and since it was under warranty for 1 year they came out to fix it. I was told it was peeling because the faucet leaked. It was deglazed and we had someone come repair the faucet. Now about 9 months later this is what my tub looks like with no faucet leak. Was that the original reason the tub peeled or does bath magic not know what they are doing? If you want your tub reglazed and for it to last more than a year, do not used this company.

My wife and I had a five pieces of antique French Provencal and Mid Century furniture that we…read morewanted restored by an upholsterer with very high standards and an excellent record of exceptional work. We spent weeks looking all around metro Detroit for the rignt upholsterer for this work. From the moment I met Tony (the owner), I had a.strong feeling that I had found the right person to oversee and complete this work to my specifications. Tony spent time discussing the scope of the work to be done and examined each piece carefully. I explained that the furniture contained a system of hand tied springs in the foundation, cushions and back and that I wanted the furniture restored with the spring systems included. Many upholstery places no longer work with spring systems and prefer to refurbish furnitire by removimg the springs and using firm foam instead. However, I wanted the unique feel of the spring systems (as well as the durability of the spring systems, which usually last much longer than foam alone) in the refurbished pieces. Tony listened to my requests, examined the furniture and came up with a detailed plan for restoring the furnitire. He gave me an honest assessment of the work to be done and quoted a price for the work, including material costs. Tony consulted with me all through the process because he clearly cared about the outcome of his work. It was wonderful and extremely gratifying to work with a true artisan and expert in his field. Absolutely nothing was left to chance, which I appreciated because I can be a difficult customer to please. During the process there were some changes to the plan that arose, including the need to completely refinish the woodwork on the French Provencal pieces. Tony cared enough about the outcome of this project to make sure this work was done to perfection at an affordable price. My wife and I were truly stunned at the finished quality of the work when Tony delivered our finished pieces. They look and feel incredible. I would recommend Tony and his remarkable craftsmen enthusiastically and without reservation. This high level of service and quality work is increasingly rare today.
