I am absolutely disgusted with the way this dealership treated my mother after the death of my…read morefather. After my dad passed away, Cadillac showed compassion and agreed to waive the fees associated with returning my mothers leased vehicle. We were told, however, that the dealership itself would have to waive the final lease payment. The dealership (Faith who we dealt with) assured us that my mother would not have to make that final payment. Then they went back on their word and forced my grieving mother to pay it anyway. My mother had just lost her husband of 43 years. She was dealing with the emotional and financial reality of losing her spouse, and instead of showing even a basic level of compassion, this dealership added more stress to an already devastating situation. What makes this especially upsetting is that Cadillac was willing to waive the fees, yet this dealership would not honor what they had promised regarding the final payment. This isn't just about the money. It's about integrity. If you tell a grieving widow that a payment will be waived, you should stand behind your word--not change your story later and demand the money. The complete lack of compassion and professionalism shown to my mother during one of the worst moments of her life is something our family will not forget. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. A company shows its true character in how it treats people when they're vulnerable, and our experience spoke volumes.

Today Beck Construction completed my neighbor's kitchen. Only 3 weeks and they even carefully removed all original cabinets so they can be installed elsewhere. Excellent job! 3 weeks ago on June 15, 2026 RenovationsNow finally completed my kitchen remodel that began December 01, 2025. And it took 7 months. SEVEN MONTHS! I kept asking Jeremy the Proj Mgr to come and see what was going on. He NEVER came not once. Look up my old reviews to know my complaints have been ongoing. I have pictures, text and email communications (including those I sent that never received a response). Finally two 'bathroom techs' came to look at my complaints (different from the install techs) and found ALL my complaints were justified and they saw first hand all the issues I was continually complaining about. Jeremy would have seen that I was justified complaining if he would have honored even one of my requests and see the crap that was going on. I wasn't even offered a discount or any money back for all this! If you want info, contact me on facebook as I have everything documented beginning day one. GET THIS, JEREMY CALLED AFTER COMPLETION (SEVEN MONTHS) AND SAID THAT NOW WITH THE KITCHEN COMPLETE, WOULD I EDIT/REMOVE MY BAD REVIEWS. Is this how they get good ratings? I am willing to take a polygraph any time to prove I am being truthful! Angel Colon

My brakes started grinding on our van right before a long road trip and I called 4 other shops and…read morethey were booked for more than a week. The good: All Around Auto was able to get me in the next day! They were professional, friendly, and were extremely thorough. They fixed my van's brakes. The bad: Getting only my rear brakes done at All Around Auto was more than twice as much as getting BOTH my front and rear brakes done at our usual shop, A&A Auto, although that was two years ago. So it basically cost about 4 times as much. Sure, inflation has been rough, but not by that much. They were upfront with what it would cost, but there was nothing I could do if I wanted to get my brakes in working order for our trip. I do appreciate they did it quickly, but I think I know why this shop was not busy. This shop does many things right, but beware their costs are prohibitive, and cost is a huge deal.
