I did a lot of research about Nash before choosing them to do a complete pre-purchase inspection of a used Lexus. While the BBB'S "A+" rating is a good thing, I know from experience that there are many "A+" businesses that have had complaints filed with the BBB. What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. This, plus very favorable reviews here on Yelp and on Google led me to choose this company. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were in checking over everything needed to convince us that the car was truely as good as we hoped it was. I would recommend Nash's Auto based on this experience and would gladly use them again when there is the opportunity to do so.

On top of that, Devon took pictures during the work to show me how clean and neat everything was. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done.

What car shop is open on Saturday after 3 pm and Sunday too? Car Doc, that's who!…read more My car took a dump while I was driving southbound on M-53, just a couple of thuds under my feet, then it shut off. Oh yeah, this happened at 3 pm on a Saturday! Car Doc was within my 5 AAA miles to be towed to, and open! I was ecstatic to find out he was also open on Sunday, so I would get a diagnostic the next day. Alas, it was a major repair (replace my engine), and costly as well, but Subbu walked me thru everything. I still don't trust car repair places (long story but I was bamboozled twice in the past) so I don't just jump in and say yes. My brother's friend owns a collision place, so he checked with his colleagues on Subbu & Car Doc. He has a solid rep with those in the business, and the prices he quoted me were fair/spot-on/industry standard. After hearing this, I went ahead with the engine replacement, and Subbu did it within a week (I had a free loaner, so I told him no rush). He kept me informed of minor tweaks he had to make while re-installing the engine, and also coached me on what to look for after picking up my car - minor leaks and such. I did have a minor leak of fluid of some sort, and Subbu told me to bring it back in and he'd look at it. Unfortunately, the leak was not associated with the work he did, but he didn't charge me anything additional to look at it. Trustworthy and fair, I totally recommend Subbu & Car Doc.

There's a reason why I still come here for all my automotive needs and it can be summed up in one word: INTEGRITY. The Utica location is the absolute best one of them all in SE Michigan in my opinion. The staff is professional and courteous and they continue their MO of only providing the services you want and need without "finding" any issues with your vehicle. The staff is honest and the mechanics perform excellent service. I've had several services performed on my 25 year old car and it still runs smoothly. I've tried other locations in the past and the service just isn't the same. For the past few years, I've been devoted to this one in Utica. To the staff and service team Wear Master Utica: great job and keep up the excellent work!
