The repair went from " your vehicles done, the bill is $750 to well its not done and you need a new motor. They had my vehicle for 8 weeks and installed a crappy used motor that lacked power and tried to charge me $4500. I told them no way and they dropped price to $3500. I sold the truck at a big loss as I was pissed just looking at my truck. What I learned was to get a second opinion and Kurts knows nothing about Dodge trucks. My experience was horrible

Kurt and his staff went to great lengths to track down what the problem was and worked hard to give us back a safe vehicle. We will be returning for any car repair needs in the future because I feel this business is fair and reasonable. On a side note,I do not give too much attention to Yelp reviewers that only tend to leave negative reviews (such as a previous one here with only one star). A well written review without personal vendetta carries much more weight.

Reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one that they were dishonest by trying to sell me services that were not needed. When confronted the story changed to preventative maintenance. I left it thinking no one is going to touch that and it's only $8.00. I was wrong. The money was gone.

If you value your car, your money, or your sanity, avoid this mechanic at all costs. I was quoted…read more$250 over the phone, but the moment he saw my car, the price magically doubled to $500. That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
