A day later my mother in law gets a call that they went through the vehicle and it needed brake lines,fuel lines pad,calipers and Rotors($2067.57) rear main seal(no quote) 2 manifold bolts ($1000 to $1200). Their recommendation was that the truck wasn't worth fixing so they didn't go any further than quoting the rear main. No mention of a inspection fee when the vehicle was initially dropped. Went to pick up the truck and Cathy at the front office said that was their policy.. Thanks for sharing that after the fact! I find that dishonest. Took the truck to another nearby shop and their quote was half that amount with twice as long of a warranty on their work.
