The pressure in one of the tire on my car was low 27 compared to the other 3 tires the pressure was 36. I got immediate attention from one of the front sale person. I couldn't fill that tire because the cap was tight. apparently it was broke. The car was taken in, fixed the problem. Aloo, a screw was found causing the pressure to be low. All was fixed in time at no charge. Every body there were courteous. Diligent in keeping me up of what was being done. Great service. I told them you are the best. Thank you Bell Tire. read more

I went to Belle tire to get my winter tires on and after waiting 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time, the front desk guy called me up to inform me- not that the service was complete- no, he informed me that the technician just pulled my car out in front of a pickup truck. They claimed no responsibility and I then had to wait an additional 2 hours before they completed my service. $500 deductible- 3 weeks without a vehicle- and a bill for the service. On June 1st 2024 I called belle tire and spoke with the front desk and requested that I have my car looked at. I told Mel Frick the problems were that I could hear clicking noises going slow over bumps and uneven roads. My dash-cam recorded the test drive. I had asked them not to test drive without me being there. it was in white lake on highland road. As soon as he started driving on the road he floored it going 65mph on a 50mph in the next video he goes 75mph in a 50mph in white lake then proceeds to do it a second time after a illegal u-turn. I am very disappointed with how my car wash treated and I hope no one else will have to go through this. I'm still interested in talking to corporate because the manger wasn't there today June 8th 2024. when I asked for corporates number and email, they only knew the number and wasn't willing to get or find the email address. read more

messed up the interior of my car, my tpms light was never on before I bought tires, and It will now not turn off , I was lied to by the manager who said it is supposed to be on it shows it's working, I told him at the time it's called a warning light for a reason! I bought the best tires I could get and Belle did extra work the bill was almost two thousand dollars a month later one tire is leaking air and the other went flat from an actual puncture, so I called and made an appointment for the next day, so when I took the tire in to get it fixed I was told they could not find it, the appointment, then they told me I would have to wait for all the rest of the people to have my tire fixed which would, their words take hours and could be as long as close to closing time 8 pm! I said forget it I will never be back, and the long and short of it is I took the tire across the street from Belle to discount tire and told them about my situation and they fixed my tire in an hour and did not charge me for it, guess where I will buy my tires from now on! read more

Flat tire. Hate it! Went to the Belle Tire in Waterford, as it was very close to where my tire went flat. They didn't have the tire I needed. Sent me out to White Lake. I was in the WORST MOOD. Had exactly 4 billion things to get taken care of when I got this flat tire. Guys at Belle Tire in White Lake were super nice. Super helpful. I was back on the road again in no time. (I say no time, but really the wait was a little longer than I had hoped, but still within an hour - barely, but still). Super busy. I think one might do well to open another tire place in the area - just a tip. To wind out my experience, the receipt was emailed to me with a thank you letter from the manager. I am a 76 year old woman. I stopped in to Belle Tire and asked the man at the first desk if he could put air in my tires because the warning light was on. He said, "The free air is right outside." I told him I thought Belle Tire advertised that they would do it as a courtesy. He said no and grudgingly offered to put air in my tires. When I offered to pay, he said, "You don't need to pay but, when you need air next time, stop back in and I will show you how to do it." When I got home, I called Discount Tire, which is across the street, and asked what it would cost for them to put air in my tires. The gentleman said, "Not a single penney. If I could give 0 stars I would ! Brought my car here for an oil change,tire inspection , brake inspection and a roadside inspection . Funny that the tires are the only thing that came back bad.... It all makes sense now. They can get a quick sale and send me and my family into harms way! They said my brakes were 40% and still had 10-15k left on them! Lie! After they worked on my car I started hearing a clunking sound on my rear end so I took it to the dealership to check out (warranty) they told me I had a bunch of things wrong in my vans rear end that would've been clear for anyone that lifted it could see. Also all my rotors were gone needing to be replaced along with my pads. So they literally lied to my face and said I was okay to take my family on a 1000 mile road trip!! I will never ever ever use this place on any belle tire again! The manager is rude too! I had my van there 20 days ago and he said "well idk what you've done since it was there " I said excuse me I work from home and literally put 100 miles on my van since you guys did the oil change!!! If you choose to get tires from Belle Tire, take off your watch and be prepared to be on Belle Tire Standard Time. My wife needed new tires. She researched, took advice from her family who lives around the corner, and decided that she would use Belle Tire - pricing, location, price matching, additional services included, etc. So she called Belle Tire to schedule an appointment: - Wife: "Hey Mike, I'm calling Belle Tire now to schedule an appointment for new tires. They have decent pricing, the location is close, they have price matching, and have additional services included." - Guy at Belle Tire: "Can I put you on hold, and I'll be right with you?" 8 minutes go by - Wife: "Hey Mike, I've been on hold for 8 minutes, and they said they would be right with me. This is annoying." 7 minutes go by - Wife: "Does anybody work there?!? I've been on hold for 15 minutes! I'm hanging up." ...Half hour later... - Wife: "Hey Mike, I'm going to try calling Belle Tire again. I hope they don't put me on hold for 15 minutes again." - Guy at Belle Tire: "Can I put you on hold, and I'll be right with you?" 5 minutes go by - Wife: "Hey Mike, I've been on hold for 5 minutes. This is ridiculous! Should I go there, or just call someone else? Oh...wait...hello? Yes, I was calling about getting new tires...." Finally, someone helped her out. They didn't have the tires she wanted in stock, but would have them by the end of the day. She made a 9am appointment for the next morning because the tires would be waiting for her. Belle Tire at 9am the next morning. 5 people working the desk. One customer at the desk. 4 people who could easily pick up a phone if someone called and speak to them right away. Why would someone have to be on hold for 15 minutes? They clearly have enough people working able to take calls. We leave the car with them, and they say it will be 90 minutes and they'll call when it's done. 20 minutes later, they call. - Wife: "Hello? You don't have the tires that you said that you would? The tires that you said would be at this location this morning. The tires I specifically stated I wanted and scheduled an appointment to have you put on those specific tires that would be at your shop this morning according to what you told me last night. My car will be ready in 7 hours now?" Bottom line, they did a sufficient job at putting on new tires. But they otherwise seem to be incompetent and wasted a lot of our (mostly my wife's) time. Will we use them in 30k+ miles when we need to get them replaced? NO. Will we recommend this Belle Tire to other people? NO. Will we discourage people from using this Belle Tire location to other people? Yes. Will her family that owns about 18 cars and has taken several of those cars to Belle go back? Maybe, but they'll definitely consider other tire shops after this experience. Oh, and they gave us three of our valve caps back, plus one that didn't match because they lost it. Went in to get a nail hole plugged, which went well. But, sadly they felt the need to try to scam me into buying 4 new tires. The tread is graded on a number scale, 10 being the best, interesting how the brand new rear tire that my husband bought from discount tire exactly 1 month ago, and put on himself was already at a 6, well, actually it went up to an 8 after I informed him it was one month old. wow, after 1 month of use! Walked in today Jan 8th 2018, the gentleman typed the year, model, drive line and tire brand I want and turn the screen towards me, so I guess I had to read the numbers for myself, the price was super high comparing from the same tire at Discount across the street, so I asked for any special promotions, he said I would get it if I sign up for a 3 yr service and he stopped, no details about the service, wasn't very thrilled that I had to ask questions in order to understand what I'm getting for $912 a cost for a set of tires on a crossover vehicle while Discount gave the same set for $775, I bet you know where my business went. read more

Roughly a month ago I took my car here because my heater wasn't blowing very hot air. I figured I needed my coolant flushed. They called me back and said that is what I needed and that it'd be $160. That seemed high, so I said no thanks, and figured I'd check around. I got a call back from a man named John Szeliga (who, come to find out, is some sort of regional manager) who tells me that it's not only a coolant flush, but that I needed my heater coil unclogged, which was what accounted for the higher cost. He said he'd knock another $20 off, that was a really fair price, because just flushing my coolant wouldn't solve it. It sounded honest, so I had it done. A month later, same problem. I took it back in, and got a call several hours later, saying that the heater core was clogged, and they had the name of a couple of other garages I could go to that would fix that for me. I asked them why they wouldn't do it, and they said because they didn't have the equipment to flush out my heater core. I told them that's what I was supposed to have had done last time. The man said "No ma'am, you just had your coolant flushed". Needless to say I was very upset, and let him know exactly what happened when I had it in last time. The gentleman on the phone was put off and very rude, but offered to give me a full refund. He tried to get me to do it over the phone so I wouldn't be in the store with other customers who could hear, I'm sure. It was very disheartening. We have a winter with sub zero temperatures, and they do business like this with people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even with something as simple as a flat tire. It wasn't just the general problem of a garage overcharging, they conduct fraudulent business and should be ashamed of themselves. read more

This staff is some of the best I've ever worked with. They provide free flat tire repair on occasion. They have reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. They saved the day for me. I was leaving on vacation early the next morning and I didn't realize that I couldn't mount a tire under my truck as a spare because of the wheel it was on. This is a tire shop and that's it . The office will not let you order your parts . So if they order the wrong parts your shit out of luck. I spent 6g cash in here and they order the wrong parts and they only give credit on your card or a check . Don't give cash! Not worth the hassle of goin to the bank.
