However, the items are subpar in quality and value. Over the years, I've been able to find a solid coat during the winter, seasonal home decor (candles, throw pillows, etc.), and journals/planners for myself and gifts for friends. No complaints with the customer service if I need to return something, and the lines are never too long. To make up for my indiscretion I also bought my dog a bag of dog treats, and I bought some healthy micro greens. It was super busy being two days before the holiday but I like how they come by and scan your card so when you get to the register, you show them your card and you're ready to go.

After the installation on Tuesday, the light came on, disappeared, and then came back again on today Thursday. I was told two sensors were failing, then one, and then again two. Now I'm expected to pay $63.29 per sensor, even though none were failing before the service. This is very concerning. On top of that, all four of my rims are now scratched. The damage is consistent with improper handling, but I was told it was "normal wear." I was asked to fill out a claim form for the rims, but I seriously doubt they will take responsibility. I understand sensors can fail, but combined with the rim damage and inconsistent information, this has been a terrible experience. Trying to save money ended up costing more. I do not recommend this location. If you come here, take pictures of your rims, tires, and any part of your vehicle before service. There is no guarantee your car won't be damaged, and they will likely not take responsibility.

I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I guess discussing their happy hour plans was more important than assisting the customers. After I grabbed the items I wanted, I got in line. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that? I can clearly see where the line starts and ends and I clearly understand the concept of a line! That interaction was the icing on the cake. I won't be returning to this location.
