Absolutely the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Not one employee was smiling or helpful or kind. The manager had a real attitude when I asked her kindly for the restroom. She gave me a pretty big lecture about not letting customers into the restroom because she "doesn't get paid enough to clean the restrooms and that everyone makes a mess". By the time she was done with her lecture I was thoroughly Fed Up and almost didn't even want to shop. This store has very little selection compared to others. One cashier and seven people online because the manager went to smoke cigarettes outside. As you're walking into the business you get a choking overwhelming fog of smoke from her cigarette. Seriously how can you not be happy to be healthy and have a job? Anyway I really will never come back to this store as it was disorganized, attitude beyond belief from the three employees that work there. Go anywhere else read more

I love me some dollar tree! It is the onlyndollar store in the area where everything is actually a dollar or less. Family dollar and Dollar General are different. This was my first time visiting this particular dollar tree although I am in dollar tree almost once a week. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. Bottom Line: Lots of selection and of course everything is $1. I'm often teased about having champagne taste but I gotta say, I really like a nice dollar store. Dollar Tree in Severna Park is big and has lots of good stuff. It's fun to wonder the aisles and know that everything is only a $1. If you are wondering what type of goodies you can get at the Dollar Tree, here are some of my go-tos: - Sturdy plastic party trays. They're perfect for taking a dish to picnics and parties when you don't have to worry about getting your dish back, losing it or breaking it. - Candy. Yep, lots of name brand candy so you can stock up for trips to the movies or just munching. - Utz chips. No, they are not expired just because they are at the dollar store. - Office supplies. Colored sharpies, pencils, rulers, etc. to stock my home office and craft corner. read more

I frequent this particular Dollar Tree on a weekly basis and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and willing to help whenever. It is rare that the store is overcrowded, which is a plus for me. I will continue to shop at this Dollar Tree. read more

They don't deserve this one star... This dollar tree is AWFUL! The store is always messy, the selection is subpar, there is always a line! and no one ever wants to come back up the poor cashier. I've been coming here on and off for about 2 years. Each time I promise it will be my last. I always feel out of place at this location. I never thought much of it until today. The cashier was RUDE! She didn't even speak to me when I approached the register. I continued to attempt to make conversation which her to no success. I even went as far as to ask "can you not hear me or are you blatantly ignoring me?" to which she just looked me in my face and said "Do you want your receipt?". I was going to let the incident go at first but I was so frustrated and hurt that I went back in to speak to a manager. When the manager was called she said "well what are you calling me for?" to the cashier who was simply trying to get my some assistance. She then defended the cashier claiming she is hard at hearing. It's interesting that the cashier spoke to all the other (white) patrons in front of me... The cashier claimed that I was on the phone but that was simply for Apple Pay. I have made it a habit to not be on my phone while in queue, let alone at the register. I am a cashier myself and find it very rude when customers approach my register on the phone. I do not appreciate the blatant disrespect and prejudice that I constantly receive at this location. It is very disheartening. This will definitely be my last time, as I don't think I will be able to keep my composure if I have another bad experience. I will be driving 10 minutes to the Pasadena store for a nicer experience. And that's unfortunate because this location is literally across the street from my office. read more

Very polite staff for a dollar store. They were the only place I could find Purple table cloths for the Ravens Play-off games. It doesn't take much to make me a fan of a dollar store. Everything is a dollar. What's not great about that? Keep up the good work! read more

I love Dollar Tree. They have all the good stuff for parties and such. Things that you need but don't want to spend a lot or need a super high quality. I would not really recommend buying the food products, but everything else is good stuff. read more
