If I could give a negative star review I would. Rude pharmacy, Px out of stock after being told it was ready. Then told to come back "after lunch" (this was at 1:45 pm). I will never go here again for anything. read more

This place can have its shortcomings, but overall I like it and continue to go back. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Just long lines at times. They also have a lot of other things like food and sodas. A bit strange layout but it takes a bit to get used to. read more

I've had 2 prescriptions sent in the past week and both times, I had the physician's office call to verify they had it after being told it hasn't been received. This is standard operating procedure. Bottom Line: A sufficient drug store for basics, sundries and stuff. Overall, this Walgreens is decent. I typically stop in here for OTC drugs, greeting cards, candy, nail polish and other things I don't need on my way home from work. I converted to a mail order pharmacy many moons ago so I can't speak to the service at pharmacy. The store is organized and the staff is usually very friendly. read more

From the non-existent communication to not following protocol regarding reading the form, I am not less than furious at this Walgree. It takes two minutes to call and say that you don't have the testing equipment needed for flu and covid testing. You could tell me that you don't have it when I arrived. Neither happened. Already pissed at the mithapristone decision and with this total crap, I am done. read more

This place is growing on me! I'm more of a CVS gal, but I've been very pleased with the customer service here. This location has a drive-thru pharmacy which works out perfectly when the girls are with me. While I was picking up an Rx for Chickadee today, I signed up for the text messaging notification--easy! Next time I'll register for "ExpressPay" too (credit/debit card linked to your account). The inside of the store is nice. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but it does have a bit of a sterile vibe (lots of white shelving/light fixtures). There is a one-hour photo and an area for self-serve coffee. A good option for a drugstore stop! read more

I am beyond disgusted with the so called customer service at the pharmacy. After multiple tries to refill my prescriptions, I called back again today to speak with someone. I had the displeasure of speaking to Beth, who was completely unprofessional. Not only did she interrupt while I was mid sentence explaining my problem, she continued to speak over me, and then immediately trying to put me on hold without even listening for a response as to whether I was okay with it. Apparently she doesn't know the phones too well, because she hung up in my ear. I have been out of my medication, and have experienced several petite mal seizures because of it. I couldn't even get that out of my mouth thanks to her not letting me finish a sentence. I work with patients for a living, and the amount of unprofessionalism and uncaring was inexcusable. Whether or not you're frustrated at your job, or with ppl you have to deal with, you do not treat ppl with such blatant disregard. I hope for any other patients sake, that she is not left to deal with customers on her own anymore. Finally she came back and told me they could speed the medication up to arrive tomorrow. I asked what I am supposed to do until then, and it was quite obvious she couldn't care less. Beth, do yourself a favor, and find a job more suited to your skills. Preferably one that doesn't have you dealing directly with human beings. read more

I recently sent some photos to Walgreens in Severna Park and did not realize until I got home that one photo had cut off the top of the subjects' heads! When I called I spoke with Michael who said he could help me fix the problem. In just a few minutes he corrected the photo and there was no additional charge. Everything is an issue. Always delayed, out of stock, back ordered etc. there's always a line 2-3 cars/people deep waiting. Problems go on and on every single time without reason, explanation or hope. Understaffed, unprepared, unequipped and incapable without exception. read more

Dropped off a Rx in the early afternoon. They told me it would be 2 - 2 1/2 hours. No problem. I came back almost five hours later. I was informed it still wasn't ready and to wait anther 15 mins. A little frustrating! read more

Walgreens is convenient and usually has everything you need. Great prices and quick in and out makes this a perfect place. It beats Rite Aid and CVS by far. Even the walgreens brand ice cream is pretty good. read more

Do. Not. Use. This. Pharmacy. I've been going here for a couple years, but things have quickly gone downhill. One employee in particular who answers their phone on weekdays is incredibly rude. I have two regular prescription filled here every other month or so. One of these is for a neurological condition and is vital for me to take. I don't think I've had a problem-free refill in the past 6 months. They're constantly doing partial refills for my one prescription because they don't have enough of the medicine in stock. This means one trip quickly turns into two. And do they call to give me the option to wait a day or two longer to pick up a full refill? Of course not. And here's the kicker. I've had to switch insurance twice in the past year. The first time, they kept telling me my benefits were not active. It turned into a ridiculous ping pong match between them, the insurance company, and my benefits people at work. My benefits were active, the pharmacy was just processing something wrong. They kept telling me it was the insurance company's fault and that I also had to harass the benefits people at work to fix the problem. The second time they pulled the same thing. Finally, the pharmacist said she'd call to figure out what the processing problem was and that she'd give me a call back. 24 hours later, I had to call them again and found out my prescription was ready. No call back, not even a robocall to tell me to come pick it up. read more

I had my credit cards lifted out of my purse at this store on Wednesday, what a nightmare this has been. I spent the better part of yesterday doing all the bank work and reports and filed a report with the AACo police. Went to the Walgreens, police report in hand, wanting to confirm my thinking, spoke with manager asking to view security tapes of when I checked out. Denied my request! BEWARE when you shop here, Im not sure if the lady behind me in line took my cards or the clerk waiting on me, but one thing is for sure it was the last place i used my card, and the next day 3 very large purchases were made at the Walgreens on Kent Island.
