The payment plan worked for me and I am able to go to any location. I like the staff at this location. Everyone is patient and helpful. The pain is not bad at all it is only painful on some areas more than others. The session takes about 15 minutes at the most. I walked in at 11:04. Was seen and worked on right away and walked out at 11:18. I have been excited with the hair loss I have seen already. It also comes with a lifetime warranty so if i grow hair again in a few years I can go back without paying for anything extra.

The rooms and waiting areas were clean. The staff were friendly and always accommodating if I needed to reschedule my appointment. For my consultation, you complete a series of documents such as medical history and so on. On your appointment time, you'll meet with the nurse who discussed with you on what area you wish to have hair removal, costs, and process. They will give you a prescription for lidocane which you will put on the area that will be laser. It was much appreciated to have it on my legs in the area of my legs that were sensitive which was mainly the bony areas. An hour before your appointment, you apply the cream and wrap in plastic wrap. Once you arrive for your appointment, they will put you in a room and give you a towel to wipe off the cream. They will exam your skin & hair and determine which setting will be appropriate for you. The process for laser hair removal on my legs was quick- approximately 30 or less minutes. After they are done, they will offer aloe and send you on your way. I am pleased with my results. I am not shaving my legs everyday like I was doing.

This was a splurge for me, so I made doubly sure this was accurate. It wasn't until after my appointment that they changed their mind and said they would not honor the promotional value of my groupon and I was charged $245 instead! I was sure this was an error and they would honor what I was told before my appointment AND during my appointment. But they will not. I've received numerous emails and calls from Sonya, who just tells me that they don't honor expired Groupons. "That's not our policy" is not an excuse to mislead your customers into adding on services while being dishonest about the cost. I know what I was told by staff. They said my groupon would be honored for the services listed, period. I should pay what I was told the services would cost even if staff gave me incorrect information. A good business practice is being upfront about the cost of services. I can only assume now that this "mistake" was actually intentional. I will take my business elsewhere.
