Unfortunately, I'm starting to believe that one star review: the service we received was very…read moredisappointing. From the moment we entered, as Hispanics we felt as though we were being closely watched and followed throughout the store in a way that made us uncomfortable. We had no large bags or items with us--just a wallet--yet we were treated with a level of suspicion that did not seem warranted. At the same time, another customer (take a gander) in the store, who had a large backpack, which looked like it could fit an arsenal was able to shop freely without the same level of attention. The contrast in how we were treated was noticeable and concerning. Prior to visiting, I had already spoken with someone about purchasing a higher-priced item. However, due to the way we were treated during our visit, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Instead, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We ended up going to a nearby business (Ss donuts) where we experienced welcoming and respectful service, which only highlighted the difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply trying to shop.

I stopped by this Dollar Tree today to look for some cleaning container. I found parking easily in…read morethe plaza this store is in. The store isn't that big but they have a lot of different things. The prices are very reasonable especially on the candies. The frozen food are toward the back of the store and the cleaning supplies are on the left side. The Hallmark cards and party supplies are on the right side of the store. I got some air freshener, candies and cleaning products. There no self checkout here and only had 1 cashier working when I was there. They sell ice which is in front of the cashier station and the balloon area is also there as well.

Easter they have the best eggs, baskets, window clings, etc! They always have a great selection of cards for every occasion, and so many other nick knacks. I go in often for wrapping paper, paper bags and things of that nature. Fun to bring the kids and let them cookout toys for themselves too! Workers are sooo nice here and always happy to help me find something. Bathrooms are hit and miss... sometimes they are clean, other days not so much.

I also visited the Marshall next door to compare prices and see what they have. After we finish shopping at the stores, we went to Wells Fargo Bank because my wife needed cash. Then she wanted Starbucks and we went to Dirty Dough to get some cookies. We finish off our time at the plaza by dining at Wood Ranch. I been to the Chilis, Ross, Vons and NY Bagel located in the same plaza before as well. So the plaza has a lot of options for people to do here. There even a Walmart and Chase bank as well. I'll be sure to come back to try new places here.

Sometimes they don't even acknowledge you despite making eye contact with them. I'd rather drive thirty minutes to Northridge when I want to shop at Daiso. Edit: Stopped by here to pick up sheet masks. I wanted to see if their service was different but was disappointed to overhear a conversation between two employees. After serving another customer a female staff began to talk about that customer not even a minute after. Again, the staff doesn't greet you or acknowledge that you're shopping in the store. It's uncomfortable to browse items when it seems like they don't you to be there. I think that solidifies my decision to choose another Daiso for future purchases.

Just be careful in moving because you might knock some of the breakable displays. They have beautiful things and some antiques. I didn't buy some of them though because I have no place for them. I checked out the clothes, shoes, and bags and so far the prices are competitive with other thrift shops. I would come back again. I forgot to ask though if they buy/trade items. Plenty of parking lot that is shared with other businesses. Dressing room is a plus!!!
