I have been a loyal customer of Flowers and More for years and was recently made aware that Jackie and her husband sold the business. While I was happy for them and trusted that the new owners would maintain the same level of quality and service, my recent experience left me a bit disappointed. A few months ago, I placed an order well in advance--2 1/2 weeks before I needed a bouquet for my sister's 30th birthday. I received confirmation and felt assured that everything was set. However, when I arrived during the agreed-upon pickup window the evening before her birthday, my order was nowhere to be found. Despite showing all of our messages and confirmation details, the staff had no record of my bouquet. I then had to wait 30 minutes while they scrambled to put something together from scratch. While I appreciate that they made an effort to fix the mistake on the spot, the lack of organization and oversight was frustrating, especially for such an important occasion. The bouquet turned out fine, but the stress and unnecessary delay took away from what should have been a seamless experience. I truly hope the new owners can work on improving their order management and customer service because this shop has always been a favorite of mine. I would love to continue supporting them, but reliability is key when it comes to special events. read more

I cannot recommend Jackie enough. We had four large flower arrangements for my mom's memorial service and they were truly phenomenal. Huge arrangements with gorgeous flowers, a perfect mix of textures and colors. She hit the color perfectly (we were looking for a salmon/peach color) and I am pretty picky. We had a large oval arrangement that ended up (from ends of the flowers) to be 4 feet long by 3 feet wide, a beautiful cross that was larger than 3 feet long by 2 feet wide, a beautiful arrangement surrounding my mom's cremation box on a table, and flower framing for a large photo of my mom. The price was more than reasonable (way less than anything online) and the quality was exceptional. It was so easy to work with Jackie during a stressful time planning out my mom's memorial. It was also great to have her deliver the flowers and help me figure out what the best placement would be for the flower arrangements at the church. I would highly recommend Jackie, and Flowers and More to everyone. I have very high standards, and I was truly amazed at how nice the flower arrangements came out. read more
