Easy to order online. Wide variety to select from. Unique way of displaying arrangements in canisters with tops attached. I picked up my order on Mother's Day. Even though the shop was very busy the staff took the time and care to make sure I was happy with my order and offered to carry it to the car. The arrangement was bigger than I thought it would be for the price I paid. read more

I know this post is super late, but during Valentine's Day another flower shop completely messed up My order. So I went to flowers and more in the middle of the afternoon while they were absolutely slammed. They were able to take my order and do something pretty amazing with what they had left, these were by far the best looking flowers I've ever bought from any flower shop. The flowers lasted over 10 days, Here is a picture of the flowers after 10 days. I just want to say the owner is a sweet person and took her time on these beautiful flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. read more

Got flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day and she loved it. Customer service was amazing. Very sweet and kind. Listened to all my preferences and she made the best flowers arrangement. Also, got a small tulips order for my Uncle- it was his birthday- who says man shouldn't get flowers on their birthdays? :) It was very nice arrangement- forgot to take a picture. I strive to always support local small businesses and they are now my to go florists. read more

OK, I've only used this place once. But isn't that the best part about Yelp? They have 189 (OK, now 190) reviews that average 5 stars (4.8)... I was pretty confident that they were reliable. I called them 15 minutes before closing last night and spoke with Alex who seemed eager to help, not in a hurry... we discussed the options that could be delivered the following day and my budget. I said that I could go as high as $175 plus delivery. Is that a good deal? I don't know and I don't care (much)... the arrangement looks great (see pic), they were all over the communications, they transposed (or may maybe just copy-and-pasted?) a lengthy poem that I wrote and it was super easy. (And, actually, I'm totally happy with the price... flowers are expensive these days and good customer service is greatly appreciated.) Short story... and by that I mean long story: Someone just attempted to send me flowers two weeks ago because I just had a surgery. Or maybe it was because my sister passed away. I'll never know why because the flowers never got to me. The florist that was used screwed something up and I got at least FIVE phone calls from this florist asking if I'm SURE the flowers didn't get delivered. So they managed to F&$#up the surprise and the delivery and just about every aspect of customer service. Well, they never got delivered to me. This kind of business is as much a customer service business as it is a flower business and I (they)(Flowers & More) had one chance to get it right and they did.... "We just got your payment" ..."here's a photo of the finished arrangement"... "the flowers were just delivered". Nice work! read more

Not living in the Valencia area I needed flowers and an arrangement sent relatively quickly on behalf of someone I support. I was able to after 9 PM. Have a text conversation, show the photograph of what I wanted and it sent to the recipient and delivered before the afternoon next day. as you can see from the photographs, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and well worth the value of what I paid including the delivery charges. I would highly recommend utilizing this service. After having a horrible experience with calling 800 numbers for an international flower delivery service I realize the best thing to do is to find a local Lee owned florist and give them the opportunity and am I ever pleased and will always use them if I ever have anything in this area. read more

Was really disappointed with the service and quality of flowers for the price . Ordered to honor the passing of a co worker. I communicated my concern for the small unimpressive flowers provided for $105 and I was told it was my fault I couldn't afford to purchase a nicer arrangement. Because of the excellent reviews I ordered a $100 arrangement trusting it would be a nice bouquet. Wasn't expecting grandiose but certainly not the sad arrangement that showed up or the insulting and mean spirited tone of the difficult to understand woman that assisted me. We use yelp for everything and trust these reviews pretty strongly especially for good restaurants not sure if she was just having an off day but would not use them again. read more

I thought I had already left a review, but maybe it didn't go through but this is one of the best florists that I have used in decades Their flowers look like the picture which is highly unusual these days. Their service is incredible and you get what you pay for which is not the norm. Usually I get a small bouquet vs what the picture shows. I highly recommend this florist. I will use them again and I trust them very much. Thank you! read more

Flowers and More did a wonderful job!! I had just had a very bad experience with a different florist who never sent the birthday bouquet I ordered. So when I called Flowers and More, my mood was bad and my patience was non-existent. The clerk was very kind and helped me order a bouquet. It was delivered ahead of the time quoted. The recipient loved them. She said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. read more

I had to last minute order some boutonierres for my wedding and they did an amazing job! They even called and texted me photos so they made sure the ribbon was exactly how I wanted and I was able to send an inspo photo. They were truly wonderful and the pricing is fair for their work- I am definitely coming back for all my floral needs & did recommend this to my family + friends. read more

My review is for the customer service and overall experience. I went in last minute to splurge on a bouquet for a loved one. The bouquet itself was amazing $150 for 2 dozen roses. A little steep pricing but it was expected The recipiente was in awe and amazed at how beautiful the bouquet was. However, If I could I would give zero stars. I walked in asking about bouquets ready for purchase and was vaguely waved to a walk in fridge. I asked about prices and the response was "varies." Zero interest in us being there or any actual help. What kept me there was my kid who was already pointing at ones he wanted to gift. After choosing roses, I asked if we retrieved them ourselves & employee nodded. She saw my child struggle to get into walk in fridge and again, offered zero help. It was as if we were inconveniencing her. She had no problem charging my card, and off we went without a smile or acknowledgement. Take your money and support another business. read more

The service was amazing! I needed flowers last minute and they were able to get a beautiful arrangement delivered to my friend. I usually have my go-to florist for the 661 but they were a stickler on minimum price and I didn't care for it, so I called Flowers & More. Flowers & more worked with my budget and gave me choices. They delivered, and were incredibly friendly to me over the phone through the entire process. I appreciate them and recommend them for the Valencia area. They delivered a beautiful vased arrangement that made my friend's day. read more

Absolutely amazing experience, the bouquet is so gorgeous and she was able to put together the vision I had in 10 minutes. The options were endless and I was surprised to see so many beautiful flowers normally out of season, compared to all the shops within a hour radius she definitely had the most impressive selection/quality. And with the speed of her service on a special order I definitely think it's affordable! Especially if you're trying to make something big happen with limited time! Amazing experience and I will be back again. read more

We were going to a graduation and we were running late so we didn't have time to go to my normal florist. Looked on Yelp for a florist near the college and this place had very good ratings. I was very disappointed in the arrangement I was provided. I purchased a dozen roses and they looked lifeless upon leaving the store. They looked as if they had been left in a hot car. The color combination of paper and ribbon they were wrapped didn't coordinate either. Definitely can't recommend nor would I go back. read more

This was absolutely amazing! I called, being new to this, and told them I wanted to surprise my partner with flowers delivered to the office. They walked me through the website to see and choose what arrangement I would like. I texted them the information (address and message) and they delivered precisely when they said they would . I placed an order for next day delivery. They sent me a photo of the delivery once it was finished. Great service. Highly recommend. Super easy! read more

I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday to be delivered as a surprise supposedly. But nope! She didn't receive it. Why??? Because it wasn't handed to her. The flowers were not delivered to the recipient. It was dropped off at the receptionist! This flower shop didn't even bother calling the phone number that was on the recipient information. Oh btw! I had to call them to confirm that it has been delivered to the recipient. They sent an email that it has been delivered. But my sister has not received any flowers nor phone call from them that they're delivering flowers to her. THE 5 STARS REVIEW ON YELP FOR THIS FLOWER SHOP IS FAKE!! read more
