We couldn't have loved working with Acton/ Linda more! I started off very indecisive about what I wanted for wedding florals, but she was so patient and creative and helped me really zone in and find what I was going for. She worked with our budget and gave us the most STUNNING arrangements! She thinks of every detail, every surface, everything that wouldn't have even occurred to me to ask about. The florals were absolutely gorgeous and classy, while still feeling so fun and playful. Thank you Linda!! read more

We used Acton/Linda for our wedding last weekend and COULD NOT be happier. Linda is so personable and made our vision come to life. The flowers were stunning, we were just so happy so with how everything turned out. We don't have our professional pictures back yet but I didn't want to wait to write a review because we were so satisfied read more

Acton Creative Flowers - Florists Near Me

Linda is SO awesome and we loved working with her for our wedding. We got married at Newhall Mansion, and I didn't know that much about flowers before the wedding. I pulled some visuals of bouquets and flowers, showed her some of the colors from the wedding and Linda made us some gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres and 2 arrangements that sat on the ground near our ceremony arch. We were trying to stay within a reasonable budget, and we feel like we really got a lot of gorgeous pieces that made a big impact. Linda is also so sweet and funny, so she was really a joy to work with. Highly recommend her as a florist for your event! read more

I never imagined that "Acton" or "Country" would be Incorporated into our wedding, but we LOVE Acton Country Flowers (although I think they're now Acton Creative Flowers). They were so easy to work with, and although I had not real frame of reference, their prices were far less than I expected to pay for centerpieces, flowers on each table, bouquets, and all the rest. One of the things we really loved was the fact that rentals for anything (arches, vases, stands) are complimentary! They're funny, funny people and so good to work with. I trusted them implicitly with our wedding and was thrilled with the results! read more

Linda is not a florist - she is a floral ARTIST! A creative genius with an incredibly creative team by her side. I brought an idea to Linda that only existed in my head which I needed made for a private elopement. With a child-like sketch by me, and a few online color/material inspo photos, Linda and her team brought my vision to life! She EXCEEDED my expectations - not an easy feat! I will absolutely continue to use Linda and her team for all future floral needs. If you can imagine it, Linda can create it! read more

All I can say is WOW....First of all, Linda is such an upbeat, positive and genuine person. I can truly say that working with her was the best part of wedding planning. When I reached out to her explaining the look that I wanted, it became evident to me that she is a very intuitive person. It didn't take much of explaining for her to understanding EXACTLY what I needed. She took into consideration even the small details that I mentioned. I asked Linda to re-purpose the ceremony arch flower into the sweetheart table decor. What she did was an absolute work of Art. It absolutely exceeded our expectations and made our wedding reception so, so beautiful (pictures forthcoming). Thank you Linda! You made our day.... read more

I can not even begin to explain how amazing and perfect of a job Linda and her staff did! The flowers for my wedding exceeded any type of expectation I had. Everything was priced so well! I would like to thank Linda for everything that she did for my wedding. I've worked with her in the past, so I knew she would do an amazing job when it was my turn. She was incredibly flexible, understanding, and kind to work with. With little direction, she made my wedding look flawless and just perfect. She brought my vision to life and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. She is truly a diamond in the rough and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Linda you are amazing and your flowers creations are stunning. Thank you for being apart of my special day and I hope to work with you again. So, give her a call, you won't be disappointed. read more

My sister and I both used this place for our weddings. Words are not enough to express how amazing LINDA and her team are. She brought my vision to life and was very accommodating and affordable. I brought in 10 of my own vases and used 10 of her wrought iron tall centerpieces. I also brought in a manzanita tree which she added flowers to and she added the fabric to our ceremony. LINDA is fun and easy to work with and she know exactly what she is doing! read more

Acton Creative Flowers - Beautiful flowers by Acton Country Florist - Florists Near Me

My wife works in a huge call center that is dominated with women. On Valentine's Day, the place receives a lot of flower orders from everyone's boyfriends/husbands. Without fail, year after year, Linda's arrangements outshine those delivered from other places. Thank you for making my wife's coworkers jealous, and keeping me on her good side! read more

Linda and her staff at Acton Creative Flowers are the BEST! I was referred by a few friends who had used her for their weddings and I am so happy I went with her. After consulting with a few florists for my wedding, it was clear that her prices were extremely competitive and affordable. I had some unrealistic expectations about what I could afford, but she made it happen within my budget! She put together samples of centerpieces for me to see and was super flexible when I wanted to make changes. The day of my wedding, I was blown away with what she did. It was exactly what I had pictured. And bonus....she's just so fun to work with!! read more

Absolutely the best!!!! I think I received more compliments on my centerpieces and flowers than any other aspect of my wedding. Linda and Laurie are amazing. I went in knowing that I did not want roses in my wedding. The took my request above and beyond and created the most beautiful arrangements. The day of my wedding they showed up early to bring the bouquets and begin setting up. They were actually the ones to fluff my dress one final time before I walked down the aisle. I would highly suggest them to anyone getting married. You want them to do your wedding! read more

We were thrilled to find Acton Creative Flowers after having met with a few florists who didn't quite understand our non-traditional vision. We met with Linda and she immediately got the wildflower/rustic feel we were going for. She worked within our budget and we were blown away by the end result! Our flowers were stunning! Linda provided a beautiful birch Chuppah for our ceremony with a gorgeous floral arrangement that was taken down and re-used beautifully for our sweetheart table for the reception. Linda and her team were very professional and made the day run smoothly by arriving early to set up at the venue and even brought extra blooms to add a spark of color to our welcome table and dessert station. Linda also made sure I felt secure at every step in the process, assuring me she had everything covered and encouraging me to enjoy every moment of our special day without worry. We feel very good about recommending her. read more

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Linda of Acton Creative Flowers to create the flowers for my daughter's June 2016 wedding. Linda was fun and enthusiastic to work with. Most importantly, after meeting with Linda briefly for a consult, she totally nailed my daughter's floral vision for her big day. Scratch that - Linda exceeded our expectations, all while staying within our budget. My daughter's flowers were, in a word, extraordinary. Linda, we can't thank you and your team enough for the wonderful service you provided and for the exquisite arrangements you created for my daughter's wedding. You are amazingly talented and a true artist. I was going to wait for the photos from our photographer, but I couldn't contain myself, so I'll add some we took at the event. read more

Linda is extremely talented at what she does and an absolute dream to work with. I went through a list of recommended florists from my venue and none had the versatility and talent that Linda had. She really does it all and makes it a priority to understand your personal style and vision and bring it to life. I had a somewhat complicated vision for our centerpiece with 3 large tiered glass hurricanes and tapered candles surrounded by flowers and she did a beautiful job. She also works within your budget and will add extras because she believes it will enhance the overall aesthetics of your wedding without bumping up the price! The day of the wedding everything from the centerpieces, to the arch, to the sweetheart table was absolute perfection and was so crucial in creating the magical, romantic vibe we envisioned for our special day. Thank you Linda! read more

Having Linda do the flowers for my wedding was a true blessing! Honestly, I didn't even know what I was looking for-- just basic colors and a description of the venue, and she knocked it out of the ballpark. She walked me through step by step, was incredibly reasonable, and understood exactly what I was going for. She is courteous, patient, kind, and has an exquisite eye. Absolutely beautiful work. read more

For gorgeous, unique arrangements and displays, look no further. Linda and her team with Acton Creative Flowers were awesome. My wife and I hired them to help us have a very bright and festive wedding at Calamigos Ranch this past April. We were blown away by their delivery. From the jump, my wife had a ton of ideas about flowers - from what she wanted to see in her bouquet, to some display projects (such as a canopy / chupa above our heads at the ceremony and flower swing displays at the reception) that would require a collaborative effort between us and Linda's team. My wife sent along an extensive Pinterest board of ideas and Linda was energetic and incredibly enthusiastic about the ideas. We felt that she was very in tune with what we were asking for, and for a reasonable price. We had some breathtaking wildflower-inspired arrangements the stand outs of which, included Peonies, Ranunculus, Anemones, Kumquats and Succulants. Linda took great care to fulfill our favorite flower requests, while making sure they all came together elegantly. On the day, Linda brought a great team that was able to help execute the complicated hanging arrangements, which turned out beautifully. She was also able to beautifully incorporate a bracelet of my wife's late great-aunt to include in her bouquet, which meant a lot. Linda is also a doll and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Acton Creative Flowers for anyone in need! Best, Alex & Danielle read more

I went there to get a flower for when I picked up my daughter up from school. The woman was rude, most of the flowers where shot as she said. The one or two I did like weren't for sale???then she asked how much I wanted to spend. That's when I left. No stars!! read more

Salesperson was very arrogant about the few flowers in the shop, I didn't listen to my common sense to walk out and go else where. What I received was a very plain rose bud with hardly any follaige and a flimsy little pin to attached to my sons breast pocket. Well the bud fell out of the follaige in all of 15 minutes !!! What a waste of $13.00, went to another flower shop that made one up for me while I was driving there! Beautiful and it lasted the whole evening ! read more

Acton Creative Flowers - My bouquets :) - Florists Near Me

Linda and her team did our wedding at the LA River Center and Gardens on 3/12/16. She took my vision and completely brought it to life. She made great recommendations for the aisle (we had cherry blossoms lining the aisle and at the end of the aisle to flank my husband and me). My bouquet was EXACTLY what I wanted, as were the bridesmaid bouquets. The centerpieces were GORGEOUS!!! She is such a joy to work with, the consummate professional, responds quickly to emails, reasonably priced as far as wedding flowers go, and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. I'd work with no one else for my floral needs. You won't regret working with Linda. If you look at her pictures from 3/12/16, that's our wedding and it was a DREAM! Two of my cousins have used her in the past, one is using her for her wedding in April, and Linda treats everyone like family. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were and how they'd seen nothing like it. Linda, if you're reading this, thank you for helping to create the beautiful and ethereal memories we have of our wedding day. We love you! BOOK HER ASAP! read more

Linda and her team did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! They were absolutely beautiful and better than I had ever imagined for my wedding. Flowers were important to me, especially since I had a winter wedding and was afraid I wouldn't have many flowers at the venue. Linda made beautiful arrangements for our cross and urns at the Rose Garden it really brought everything together. During our meetings, Linda was enthusiastic, attentive, and super helpful in making sure that I had the perfect flowers for my wedding day. Our business uses ACF any time we need to send an arrangement, which is quite often. If I had the choice I would NEVER use anyone else. The arrangements are always gorgeous and expertly presented. The flowers last forever and Linda goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect & delivered on time. Do yourself a favor and CALL THEM next time you need something! Also, just because they are in Acton don't assume they can't deliver further away. I've been surprised many times by how far they were willing to go (depending on their schedule). I'll never use a wire service again! I've read the few negative reviews on here and am quite surprised. I guess Linda is a bit blunt/honest but I'd prefer that over someone telling me exactly what I want to hear and then doing something else. I always enjoy talking to her when I call in--there are usually laughs involved. read more

I can't say enough how happy I am with Acton Flowers. From our first meeting they put all my concerns to rest and made me so much more excited about my wedding every time I spoke with them. I am clueless on flowers myself, but Linda took all my thoughts and ideas and turned them into something truly beautiful the day of my wedding. Incredibly affordable and reliable. Added on several extra things on our last meeting at no additional charge. What I noticed and appreciated the most was that there was about 10 months from our first meeting to our trial, and Linda remembered everything we talked about down to the very littlest detail and never once made me feel like one of her many clients. Great experience. I recommend them to anyone I can. read more

Long overdue. Linda is not only a talented florist but was fun to work with. It is so obvious she loves her work. My daughter's wedding was everything she wanted in terms of her floral needs. Linda is creative, innovative and can think outside of the box. She was quick to grasp our vision and pulled in off with impeccable taste. She respected our budget and did an amazing job. I called here to order flowers for friend whose husband passed away. The only time you aren't happy to send someone flowers! I didn't get to why I was sending flowers as before the woman asked for the address. When I gave the address she responded with "I hate that street, it's really a pain". I said "Should I call someone else?" She said, "Well yeah... well how much is the order first??" Obviously I told her I would find someone else!! The order was about $200. I didn't tell her that! I'm in love with my florist, Acton Creative Flowers! I recently got married, March 31, 2012 and used their services. From start to finish, the process and working with Acton Creative Flowers, most notably, Linda, was so easy and fun! She always kept me informed and up to date...and gave me ideas I had never thought about. Her input and knowledge was imperative to me. She knows flowers and she knows weddings! And you can't beat their price! I never felt like I was being ripped off! Never! I loved every centerpiece, every bouquet, every flower arrangement! Linda helped me out so much the day of my wedding...moving items from the ceremony site and into the reception area. I didn't have to worry about anything, which is very important the day of the wedding. Most importantly, Linda and her team are so nice and easy to work with! I really appreciated that! I got married in August in Camarillo and i had heard great things about Acton Country Flowers, Im from Acton so Im a little biased and love using people out there even though i live in Simi Valley now. I had been saving pictures on pinterest for quite some time and knew somewhat what I wanted for my flowers. I made an appointment with Linda and instantly felt as though she would do a great job. We scheduled our test and I was so unbelievably in love with the flowers it was exactly what I was thinking! The wedding day rolls around and someone tells me Jennifer your flowers are here! I run out the door to go looks at them and am pretty surprised by what is in front of me... It's not even close to the test.. ok breathe... nothing i can do now right? I spoke with Linda after the wedding and she said that some of the flowers were of poor quality so she couldn't use them and had to alter the arrangements which was why they were so different. Kinda wish we are notified, or my coordinator was told this when flowers arrived so we had a heads up. Its in the contract that things can be modified due to poor product and i guess could happen to anyone just a little surprising. Long story short I was the only one who know the wedding was beautiful, they even did some last minute extras for me which turned out great! read more
