They literally SAVED MY RELATIONSHIP!!!! I called the day before my sisters big day aka her first baby shower and I unfortunately wasn't able to make it. I called this Florist and immediately she was great and knew she was the one! Her pieces are not only super stunning but also affordable and extremely detailed! I love how we collaborated and how kind they were and how at peace they made me feel in this process. They also were able to deliver for me and the flowers lasted for WEEKS!!!! Ordered flowers for Valentines; a dozen long stem roses. They were delivered by 8 p.m. They were vibrant & caught everyone's attention! Stuck with them for a custom bouquet. Currently waiting on results but the person who answered was very helpful & friendly. They offer same day delivery for a fair fee. Paid $150 for the long stem roses & $136 for the custom bouquet. I was so grateful they were open to deliver on a Sunday, it was a very special day for our family, my grandfather had passed the week before his birthday and his birthday was on a Sunday. Mary did a fantastic job creating a Beautiful arrangement for my mother who had recently had surgery & was at home recovering. Unfortunately, there was a slight mix-up with the delivery address which was quickly resolved. I'm in Riverside County, over an hour and a half a way, there was nothing I could do. Mary quickly closed her shop down, went to where the flowers were delivered by mistake, which were still there (Thank GOD) and then delivered them to the correct address, to my mom! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 5/14/2023 for my Mother-In-Law from Av Flowers. The arrangement arrived on Mother's Day morning in a wilted state. The dozen of roses were not fresh and the tips of each rose was brownish in color. The arrangement ordered was supposed to be a blush pink color. I have ordered numerous arrangements from a variety of other florists and have never been met with such poor customer service from the owner of the business! Very unprofessional! I called to request that another arrangement be delivered and I was told No!, she only offered me a 20% discount on my next order! Which was an insult! I will never do business with this florist again! I have requested a refund and she has not acknowledged receipt and approval of my request! I suggest that you do not do business with this florist! my sister got two corsages from here for prom. they were $70 each, $140 in total. she was concerned about the price because $140 is a bit much for only 6 roses. she was told that their work was excellent and was worth the price. my mother was also concerned about the price, 2 hours after the order was placed she a called and asked if she could cancel the order they said no and the price was what their work was worth. it was not. when the flowers where picked up they were already brown and dying. barely lasted through the night. my sister and i had to walk around with dead roses on our wrist. i'm very unhappy with their work. not only that, she was told the color of my sister dress, which was pink, but put purple flowers, the ribbon fell off, and the flowers were falling apart though out the night. i do NOT recommend. i recommended anywhere but here read more

So my husband ordered an arrangement for Mexican Mother's day to be delivered to my work. When they delivered the flowers they didn't have a name for who they were for. They only had the name from who the flowers were from. So I called my husband to tell him thanks. Then he tells me I hope you liked the dozen different color roses. I said dozen of roses? That's not what I got. So he called them and they told him "oh I just bought this flowers shop today and we need to see what happened" my husband asked for a refund and they said "no we'll make it up to you. Was given flowers for my 10 year anniversary from AV Flowers, and within less than 24 hours the flowers had completely died. What a sad bouquet to receive on such a happy day in my life. My boyfriend paid $88 for this, and I've never had flowers die this quickly. I reached out to the shop via email, as I didn't think this was an accurate representation of the shop, due to the other great reviews, and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to try and resolve this issue. But, I was never acknowledged, nor did I receive a response back. They had our money, and that was the end of it. I don't recommend this shop at all. The quality of the flowers are awful, and they don't even last more than 24 hours. Or maybe stuffing flowers inside of a pumpkin isn't a good idea to begin with? Who knows. But what a sad waste of almost $100. We're better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's that are much cheaper, better quality, and actually last more than 24 hours. Extremely disappointed in the quality, and their lack of customer service in not even being able to respond to a simple email. I don't recommend this place at all. Won't be returning ever again. read more
