Never heard of this place. Until it saved the day. I had an order fall through for our 25th wedding anniversary and in TWO HOURS, they filled in for the loss! These people listened to a message, 55 minutes after closing, of a random person asking for a miracle. Unbelievable that I got an immediate response. They were headed home and TURNED AROUND, to go back to their shop to help correct MY mistake They not only did that but personally delivered two bouquets of flowers that not only looked like what I asked for, they were bigger, more full, and more colorful than advertised online, as if they were just picked. Thank you for a beautiful flower arrangement for my brother's birthday. Great price! He did not send me photo, but was pleasantly surprised. Interestingly, the flowers were delivered when he was not home, but his wife was home. The surprise suddenly turned into a heated evening, as my sister in law thought my brother received the flowers from a secret girlfriend. After I phoned to ask about the flowers, and got the story, he made me promise to no longer send flowers to him or to just give him heads up. First time using this florist. Ordered a colorful bouquet for a friend who is recovering from surgery. Maribel provided outstanding customer service over the phone. I was totally impressed with how patient, helpful, articulate and polite she was. I told her. She has all the qualities any employer wants in an employee and she will go far in life. That being said, somewhere between my order being placed and my friend receiving her flowers, the order got mixed up with another intended for a funeral! Aye yi yi. Thankfully the cards went to the correct recipient even though the flowers didn't. The good news is that JM Florist, Maribel and the driver corrected the problem and delivered the correct bouquet to my friend. I was told that the driver was very apologetic for the wrong delivery earlier. That was very professional of him and we appreciate that. I'll use JM Florist again. Professional service, nice product and good recovery to the problem. In the future I will ask to see a text photo of the delivery before it's sent out. I usually do this with all florists anyway. read more

Literally the sweetest ever and such a beautiful arrangement. I came in right before closing on Saturday in a rush to an event -- I had about $15 cash on me (my wallet got stolen the day before along with all my cards) and was looking to maybe get a flower or two to go along with my gift. The lovely owner was so kind and offered to make me a small arrangement, and I ended up leaving with a gorgeous $30 premade bouquet with the $15 that I brought -- red and pink roses with white lilies.
