I was very disappointed in my flowers from here. I ordered sympathy flowers and they looked nothing like the advertised picture online. When I went to pick it up, it looked as if the flowers were old. I do appreciate the fact that they took my order under short notice, but if they didn't have the flowers or the fresh flowers available I wish they would have shared that with me so I can look some place else. I've been coming here for the last couple of valentines, never really dealt with the older female mom, whose the owner. My wife hates roses, sunflowers are her favorite so this has been the only store to carry them on Valentine's Day. Came in, waited my turned asked how much the sunflowers were. She rudely asked me if I wanted an arrangement with them to up sell me. Kindly refused and she said she could sell them in other arrangements for $150. She aggressively told me they were $5 each. I replied that I don't have to buy them and I could leave if she was going to lose so much money with my purchase. What ever money is money, but the fact that she treats what was her daughter like dog poop in front of costumers was just wrong. I get it it's valentines which is the most hectic day for work at a flower shop. Like I mention prior that I've been coming here for a couple of years, and it's always the same thing her running around with her head cut off yelling at her employees and family. Put a nasty taste in my mouth that my stupid $20, which is a penny of a fraction of their business will go somewhere else. I wish her the best and hopefully she changes for her kids. I am really disappointed with my experience with this shop. The arrangement did not look like what they have on the website. The flowers my girl had less roses and had a lot of leaves. I paid extra for premium which suppose to have even more roses. It was also delivered 1 and a half hour late! I specifically told them and left a note on the order to deliver between 10-11am. It was delivered 12:30pm and my girl had already left school so she had to drive back to pick it up. I ended up with a grand total of $143 including tax and delivery. Although Maria was nice and helpful when I placed the order yesterday. I think someone just dropped the ball here. I'm trying another shop next time. read more

They accommodated my request for delivery during a certain time window and the dozen roses received were fully opened and in great shape. I wish I could say good morning but I'm very disappointed of the "GONZALES flower shop it was my first time ordering flowers for my fiancé was her 50th birthday yesterday. I order her flowers prior And they never deliver them to her work I was so disappointed. According to them they cannot find the address she works at I specific give them directions how to get there .. so according to them they never deliver them so they waited hours after she was off work to decide to deliver them to her home and call her this was supposed to be a surprise flowers were very flat the balloon was not even the color i request they gave her purple balloons instead of pink. Balloons were flat they were experience and I would never come back and order flowers from them ever again ! and by the way I'm sending a picture of the balloons and flowers are the ones to her right with a purple balloon and they don't have very Good customer service. I got a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my birthday on Wednesday, May 6... By Friday, May 8 the roses that were in the vase started to wilt and by Saturday, May 9, they were completely dead. I called the shop who then blamed me for not caring for them properly for them properly which caused them to die in three days. She also proceeded to say that everybody should know how to properly care for roses. She was not only rude to me but my mom called too and she was also rude to her! I'm NOT ok with that. Definitely don't recommend this place. Find a florist who is not rude to you! read more

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend who works at Kaiser. Needed same day and before 3pm. I didn't order until well after 11am but flowers were delivered at 2:40 PM. I even got a text from delivery driver to say flowers were delivered! Girlfriend was over the moon. Said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and sent me a picture of them. They looked way better than I thought they would as I never expect them to look as good as the photos you see on the website. These flowers looked even better than the ones on the website. Very rude !!! Unprofessional!! And most of all they are scammers !!! They tell you a price starting then tell you an extra 20$ more after they start my flower arrangement To start I came inn with my own vase and a dozen of my own red roses red and yellow that I purchased at Vones ... I came inn asking how much just to fill inn the vase because I couldn't find any flowers and I only had the vase and one dozen of my roses she said 110$ then I told her that's too much it's fine I'll go somewhere else then she said 100$ so I said okay that's fine so as I'm picking the flower arrangement I want from there pictures which I have uploaded and the one they gave me mind you while she was making the flowers she said it's going to be 20$ more for labor ? So i asked her why the price change ? She said it's always like that ??? Since when do you add labor after the fact that we settled on a price just to keep me interested..... I told her that's very unprofessional to make customers feel trapped inn a price regardless... then she said that's what I get for coming inn last minute...so she asked me if I'm going to pay ... mind you she told the other lady in Spanish not too fill up my vase with flowers too much because I was rude she thought that I was white and didn't know Spanish but I'm Hispanic..!
