Ever since the managers got relocated, this store is never stocked, lines always backed up, you have to ask to go to the restroom, and ONCE AGAIN nothing is stocked, boxes of merchandise everywhere. I would like to start this review by saying that Linda deserves a raise, promotion, or some kind of incentive for her superb customer service. She sets a high standard for customer satisfaction. I love entering a store and receive a welcome greeting by the workers, and to put icing on the cake, she engages in conversation with the patrons and makes them feel welcome. And she's doing this all while completing her duties. Job well done, Ms. Linda. I, typically, don't shop at Dollar Tree. I've probably only been to Dollar Tree 2x within the past few years. People like to hate on dollar tree - but I'm a fan. They get new items every week, and I especially love looking through all of the Christmas decor / gift bags and paper. There's always so much to sift through which makes it fun. While not every single item is high quality, I've been pleasantly surprised with the dog toys and my puppy loves the puzzle feeder. I really liked this Dollar Tree store. It had quite a variety of items, and wasn't as disorganized as other locations. I found a large variety of glassware and vases. Just what I was looking for and more...and at the right price! You can also always bet on finding holiday themed items for New Year's, Easter, Halloween, Valentines, etc, and party supplies! They had a lot of what I need! Probably the best stocked place! Everyone was friendly.

Once you've tried Dollar Tree, you'll give the other "dollar" stores a miss. Unlike those other places, everything here costs exactly $1. And you'll find a surprising amount of name-brand merchandise, especially in toiletries. I read a piece on lifehacker.com a while back that said you're wasting your money if you're not buying your cleaning supplies at a dollar store, and Dollar Tree proves it. I buy The Works toilet cleaner and tub cleaner (two different products) for a buck apiece at Dollar Tree, which is a far cry from the $4-5 price tag at Wal-Mart and Lowe's! Dollar Tree also features the LA's Totally Awesome line of cleaning products, which has a well-deserved cult following (look for fan videos on YouTube). Need wrapping paper? A buck! A four-pack of toilet paper? Eight bits! Or how about a big pack of Twizzlers? Just 100 pennies! One of the greatest surprises that awaits you at Dollar Tree is the kitchen aisle: heavy, high-quality dishes and drinking glasses from Libbey and other mainstream suppliers. Of course, there's also plenty of crap at Dollar Tree, just like at any dollar store. Caveat emptor. But there are so many great bargains to be had. I loooove the Dollar Tree. This by far is the best dollar store I've been to. You can get good, quality stuff for whatever the occasion. Sometimes you can tell it's from the dollar store and other times you can't. I'm moving into my own apartment and needed to get everything because I literally have nothing. The kitchen section here is amazing and everything (pretty much everything) is $1. I bought A LOT of kitchen utensils, bowls, cups, etc and it all came to under $20. This store in itself is really organized and the staff is really nice. Everything is really easy to find and well stocked. Every ocassion there is a section dedicated to a specific event. Like right now since it's almost Memorial Day, there is a huge selection of different decor for Memorial Day. Same thing with other holidays. I have no complaints. I love dollar stores. Dollar Tree is my favorite and this one in particular is the best I've been to. read more

I love Dollar Tree! You can get almost anything here. They have school supplies, party items, cleaning supplies, food, etc. Beware that the brands they carry are not well known and are usually quite cheap. But it's the dollar store, what can you expect? I come here mainly to buy containers and school supplies. This store was a little disorganized. There were things that was not in its correct place. Also, the store clerk wasn't very friendly; she was fake friendly. When you ask her a question she had the "don't bother me" look. Encountered a disturbed cashier named LaDonna on my visit. I was checking out and started placing my money on the counter. Total was 6.50. I hadn't even had a chance to reach in my wallet for the $.50 when she was already giving me my change back for 10. and when I told her I was going to give her the additional $.50 she slammed her cash register and looked straight at me and obnoxiously said "sorry, I already closed my register". When I asked for management, even the manager, Tina was dumbfounded and couldn't even give me an explanation or an apology for her employees behavior. Then LaDonna still continued to rudely Yell at me in front of other customers ! Poor management and bad customer service. I do not even know if I was given the correct change. UPDATE: I just checked the coupon policy for Dollar Tree and the store SHOULD have taken my coupons. No wonder the girl In charge made a phone call right away when I was leaving. Had a bad experience today with the lady in charge and the second cashier. First, I tried using my coupons. As it was the first time I went to Dollar Tree to use them, i didn't know they have had issues in the past with coupons. The girl in charge (red hair) tried checking me out and I asked if she could just please try. I was never rude, never raised my voice, and she proceeded but coupons didn't go through. I asked if there was a number I could call because this was ridiculous when i have seen other people use them. The girl laughed to my face and that's when I became bothered still without being rude I told her it wasn't necessarily funny and she just laughed and gave me huge attitude after that and walked away without even saying where she was going. She said well I'm getting you the corporate number like YOU asked. So then I went to the other cashier and she started reading the coupon out and said I can't process these coupons. And I asked if she could still try and out loud with attitude said she wasn't going to. Got my purse and left. And as I'm walking out they were obviously talking about the situation. I went back and asked for store number the manager quickly started calling someone. If they are so worried about the situation they wouldn't have had to be rude. read more

Solid dollar store with overworked but very polite and friendly staff. The place is at times a mess simply because there isn't enough hours in the day to keep up with the mess for the understaffed overworked employees yet they are always friendly ND very helpful. When buying about 50 vases for an event the checkout girl went over the call of duty finding boxes that would hold the vases without then breaking. I love Dollar Tree but I rarely come to this location so I have never had an issue. I was real disappointed this week because I went this very messy store to buy little things for a Secret Santa gift. However, I left behind one of my bags holding a wine glass and hand sanitizers. A store clerk advised that I could pick up my two items the next day. So the following day I returned to this location and stood in line for awhile to have the cashier refer me to her manager, James who had the items behind him. I asked the cashier if I needed to wait in his line and she stated no because I had already paid for my items. So approached James nicely and asked for the items. He had me wait 3 customers and then said he that he would have to look for my items like he didn't want to assist me. I understand it is holiday season but he could have been a little nicer and requested that I stand in line again or something; not make me feel like I am a burden on him. I wish there was a "NO STAR" rating! I left a whole cart of items I was going to purchase because of the rudeness of an employee! First, I seldom shop at any "bargain dollar tree/family dollar etc stores" and now know why! Because I'm not familiar with this store's "RULES" I was unaware you couldn't look at the items hanging on the wall or such a rude response because I was in that area! One basket was marked "mark downs" and because I always like a bargain, had no idea I couldn't look in that basket! The real issue is how this employee handled the situation. At the top of her lungs with all the other customers able to hear her "reprimand" I was told "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS AREA! THESE ITEMS AREN'T FOR SALE! YOU CAN GET HURT BY LOOKING AT THESE ITEMS! THIS IS A CHECKOUT LINE AND YOU ARE NOT TO BE IN THIS AREA!" I think you get the point of how she told me in no uncertain terms I was in the wrong area! All the other customers in line were all staring at me/her? (I'm not sure if they were looking at her and how rude she was or at me for not knowing the Dollar Tree's "policy of where you can shop"), but I really think this could have been handled much more professionally than this employee handled it. Needless to say, this has reminded me why I don't shop at discount places like dollar tree, but at stores where it is clearly marked which is shopping areas and which is for "employees only"! I hope this employee had to put back all the things I left in my shopping cart as I'm sure it was close to 20-25 items. Have a nice day dollar tree, but I sure will find a more pleasant and professional stores to shop for anything I might need. I'll pay more for an item to avoid this kind of rudeness! read more
