Black mold on the ceiling?
Jillian N.

Ceiling has black mold. Black mold on cards and envelopes...been like this week's. Shelves mostly empty. Cashier Deborah and Dollie (?) Super Rude.

If I could put a -1 in this location I would today November 22 I had a terrible experience with the night manager named Melinda she was rude and disrespectful I was waiting for about 15 min to pay for my things and I asked if they had some balloons I wanted and her response was "I don't know if we have it but we're to busy I can't sell you them" she didn't even tell me to wait she just told me no. She couldn't give me 2 minutes to fill up balloons that I WAS GOING TO BUY. I was asking her why she couldn't sell them to me and she said " well I'm tired of this I'm not going to sell you them" She also told me to leave and said she was going to call the police and cancel my payment she was screaming in front of the customers she's was racist why do they have these type of people working as managers who threaten customers to call the police only because of their appearance I was not doing anything to her to receive this treatment.

You have to love a store where you can get 4 rolls of toilet paper for a $1. I'll work that out for you and that is like 27 cents a roll y'all (after tax). And given that my son uses about 35 cents worth every time he even looks at a bathroom, this place is a must for me. And if you are in high school and reading this, I already know you have figured out you can wrap your crush's house for a clean $3.57. That's 30 minutes of car hop tips I just saved you from misspending. This place is clean, well organized and is always well stocked on holiday items like blinking shamrock necklaces you just can't live without. My kids love coming here for the toy aisle where they go on mini-shopping sprees. And for a single mom, that's a huge plus in my book. This is also the only place I will buy aluminum foil. Tip of the Day: Don't ever try their "scentsy" cubes. They are no bueno and won't come out of your warmer unless you use a jack hammer.

Ravers rejoice!!

Glow sticks, batteries, buff puffs, puzzles, soap, oh my!! I have low expectations for the Dollar Tree, but they exceed them every time. They are perfectly organized, clean and conveniently located. Huge plus that this location doesn't assault me with plasticky toxin smells upon entering...Trust me, I have felt years shave off my life at other low budget stores, breathing in carcinogens. This Dollar Tree seems innocuous in comparison. Also, I've seen name brand stuff in here that isn't past its expiration date. Real JIF peanut butter! Not some knock off, DIF, NIF or back of a van, in an alley brand. The real deal.

You'll be hearing from my attorney very soon and my son witnessed.

Good selection of stuff in stores but a little messy for the displays. Love that everything is $1.25 though

Worst dollar tree ever. Always a mess in there and rude employees. There's maybe 2 cashiers at once so the lines are incredibly long.

Ask the Community - Dollar Tree

Does Dollar Tree carry surge protection extension cords?

They don't have surge protectors. They do have an outdoor 4 ft extension cord. I ended up buying that and the 1 ft 3 outlet power bar at Dollar Tree to make it work for what I needed.

Round Rock Tx This was the worst experience I've ever had shopping.. and I don't shop often…read more.. I went into DDs Discounts today, this was my first time shopping in the store. i spent 165$ , not realizing I hadn't had enough money for my purchases in my bank, the charge covered was 120$ after running my debit card, there was a remaining balance of 46$ I naturally wanted to put back some items, I hadn't had enough cash on me to cover the remaining balance, instead of the cashier taking off items, she refused to take off items, stated they don't do that at this store.. I was baffled because I never heard of that, I don't shop often.. the manager JESSICA MEDINA walks up and first thing she says is " first off loose the tone.. " she directed that at me, mind you I had no tone, I was just simply trying to figure out how to complete the transaction ... they actually had me leave the store, without anything... I kinda felt robbed at this point because I just ran my debit card for 120$ had no receipt of purchase no merchandise ... I went home without the items, to go get the remaining balance. I live 1.5 miles away from the store I went back to finish the transaction I did complete my purchases... later that evening at 9pm I look at my receipt I was charged for everything on the receipt.... I noticed I'm missing items. I went back to the store again... they had my missing items stuffed behind counter. My question is why were they taken out!! I had to go back again to retrieve these items at 920pm... my question is why were these items taken out?? they knew I was going back to finish the transaction!!!!! they even said they will hold the items behind the counter until I return with remaining money owed...the items were already placed all together in a very large plastic bag... I watched as the cashier rangup my items and placed them into the bag... I actually left the store went home to get cash for the remaining balance owed since they couldn't take off items , I went back and the Lady manager JESSICA MEDINA was rude yet again to me . I don't understand how I am in the wrong??? all I was trying to do was complete the transaction.. This lady Manager JESSICA has the worst customer service skills. She's rude, and disrespectful, short tempered, and literally walks around the store like she's the absolute shit.. lady you got one thing right you are shit!! Rubbish!! Horrible!!!! when I walked into the store that afternoon I even told the front staff it was my first time shopping at DDs Discounts i was very bubbly and polite i was happy and excited about finding a new inexpensive place to shop... I left feeling very confused, I felt robbed and disrespected.... I will never shop there again, I might consider going back if management changes, but I'll have no way of knowing that unless I go back... and after this experience... I doubt I will...

Appliances 4 Less - Cedar Park

A4L: A Budget-Friendly Option for Quality Appliances and Service…read moreI recently visited Appliances 4 Less Austin after purchasing an older home. I spent most of my money fixing up the house so my budget for appliances is limited. I'm so happy that I found what I needed within my budget at A4L. I highly recommend this store for anyone shopping on a budget and don't want to suffer quality. What I Loved: 1. Affordable Prices: The biggest draw is, of course, the discounts. Many items were priced significantly lower than big-box retailers, even with the crazy Black Friday sales going on. The reason for the low price is mostly because those appliances are open box items. Some of the items may have minor cosmetic damages such as a dent. The store run tests on them to make sure they are fully functional. Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. Fast Delivery: The store offered delivery, which was a huge plus for me. What to consider: 1. Cosmetic Flaws: like I mentioned earlier, some of the discounted items had minor scratches or dents. While these didn't impact functionality, it's something to consider if aesthetics are important. 2. Variety of brands: while there is a decent selection of good brands such as LE and Samsung, you may not have as large of selection as those big box retailers. Verdict: A4L is an excellent place for anyone looking to save money on appliances without sacrificing quality. While the trade-off may be minor cosmetic issues, the savings are worth it. I'll definitely return for future purchases!

I thought I was buying a scratch and dent dryer,,,,,,I did not know it was used also. I found it on…read moreline for $448, called and talked to store said I would be there the next day at 11 am. The people were nice and it seemed to go smoothly. When I got to the store the dryer was packaged up in clear cellophane. I could see the few scratches it had,,,,everything seemed ok. I went to pay for it and they rounded up to $450, I did not say anything, no big deal. The floor help was nice and helped me load the dryer and even got me extra cardboard to protect it. I got home and removed the cellophane and to my surprise my wife said it is used! There was lent in the trap. After removing the screen there was hair and dirt on the inside. This was a used dryer, not just a scratch and dent. The price I paid was for a brand new dryer with some scratches, this dryer should have been cheaper for having been used for no telling how long. If you do business here,,,,,Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware!!!!!!
