I don't know how a manager or any employee does not see this and get the proper person to take care of it. I told a couple of employees about the overflowing can on Saturday, May 1, around noon. Also this same day, same time, the women's bathroom was filthy. Papers on the floor, unflushed, smelly. Why does no employee see either of these things and do something about it?

The Target representatives are super friendly and always helpful so it's not a service issue It is a inventory management and store merchandise presentation issue. May need to open a second Target :) because Georgetown is just going to continue to grow and this location is far outgrown. Anywho, I'm still going to shop here but the women's clothing section and shoe section gives me too too much anxiety, So I'll just do that online

I get it can be as bad not finding someone when you need it but the constant barrage and then the credit card pitch. What do I love about Cato Stores? The organization and selection. It is so easy to glance through the store with a variety of offerings without being so jam packed that you can't find anything. The grouping of colors and collections make it extremely easy to put together an outfit without wondering what will or won't match, even for the fashion-challenged like myself. I went in for one top that I had seen online and ended up walking out with 2 new pairs of jean capris and 3 new tops - all for less than I might spend on one outfit elsewhere. Whether you have 30 minutes or hours to spare, Cato is definitely worth a trip for something new and fresh.

Stopped in here and selection seemed limited from what I am used to seeing. But really the kicker was that no one spoke to me the entire time I looked around. They helped the other person shopping- told her about the sale, started a dressing room, etc, but I felt invisible. It was just so odd because I typically have the opposite experience at Loft stores. Prices are higher than I like but quality is amazing and there are usually some great sales. I am sure I'll be back but maybe not to this location.

I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

I found a planner at a great price months ago, but I couldn't find any today. I did find a bunch of other items they have here. That's how it works right? You go to the store for one item and come out with a bunch of other stuff. There is always a lot to look at here. Pro tip: plastic bags are like the golden ticket here - find a self check out register with them or bring your own reusable bag. Employees greet you here when you walk in so that is always plus.

Soon as I walked in though, I noticed the line was literally ALL the way to the back of the store down the beauty aisle I'm sitting there like... "Are they giving away free money in here or something?" because I have NEVER seen it that bad before. On top of that, chirren were running around unattended like it was recess. Then what really got me was it was around 5 PM and there were boxes EVERYWHERE. And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. I'm guessing the night shift hadn't stocked yet, but trying to maneuver through those aisles was frustrating. It was basically me sliding sideways between people and boxes trying to shop. I couldn't find my normal items, so I asked one worker for help, but baby she had both AirPods in and acted like I was invisible So I asked another employee that was stocking, and she actually stopped what she was doing to help me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, we still couldn't find the item. Big bummer. At that point I was just walking around hoping the line would magically get shorter. Spoiler alert: it did not. By the time I finally got in line, it was still wrapped halfway through the aisle. Then FINALLY somebody must've said, "Hey... maybe we should open another register." Well duh I jumped into that line and eventually checked out, but for me to only have a few items that fit in ONE bag and still spend that much time in there? Crazy work. I'm giving a fairly low score this time because the whole experience felt like pure chaos. Hopefully it was just an off day because this is normally one of my favorite Dollar Trees.

This location is one of the best I've been to thus far. It…read moremight be the exact size as most but when you walk in, it feels bigger, more open. There aren't huge piles of merchandise blocking walkways, making it hard to see the shelves. I'm not really liking how the prices are all over the place. There's not much clarity on how much anything is. We went from $1.25 to $1.50 seemingly overnight and now most things are $2 with many items hanging from $5 to $20. It's almost as if the Dollar Tree is now the Dollar General.
