Thankfully we had them in our double stroller - the Nuna Demi grow that seats both of them comfortably so that we can shop without worrying about them running around or grabbing things off shelves, etc. She asked me about 30 seconds later once we made it to the other side of the store (by the columbia side of windows) . No thank you. browsed their sock selection, which was slim pickings. and we decided maybe they had some on the opposite side of the racks we passed on our one lap in. again, the thick accented, glasses wearing young lady asked again, Is there anything you are looking for ? That was it, in 1.5 minute-2 minutes time she followed me around the store asking if we needed help looking for something. I said, you know that's it, I'm done. Even if I wanted to purchase something in this store I wouldn't specifically because of you. I'll be spending at the stores down the hall. And that's exactly what we did. Never. again. ever. I couldnt figure out why we were treated this way? Was it my $500 purse? was it my $1400 stroller? Was it my well-dressed family? was it because I had kids with me? I'll never know. But I do know I will never shop there again.

I love that they have decorated for Christmas, including having a huge Christmas tree on display. We checked out our favorite stores that had great deals leading up to Black Friday. Coach and their sister store Kate Spade had plenty of merchandise available. The customer service was friendly and attentive as well. The children's place had great deals as well, including last sale (clearance items). The restrooms need improvement, however they are decent to use.

The store breaks that mold. I was able to call this store and immediately ascertain if they had suitable product in my size for an event. Not only did they have the product they offered to reserve it until end of day when I could return to the area. Upon my visit, the manager, Firouze, immediately went to the task of helping me select sizes and product. She was patient as I tried adjacent sizes on multiple times to be sure the fit was perfect. She managed to keep focus on me while serving other customers that came and went. While it took me well over 30 minutes, I was able to leave knowing what I had was the right thing for me and wouldn't need any alterations. That's a big bonus at this store. They have prehemmed pants in common lengths. As a bonus there was a hero's discount that I qualified for which gave me 15% off the total purchase. Anything helps at this time of year and that was a great way to stretch the budget. I also needed a pair of dress shoes and they happen to have the perfect ones on display in my size. I was able to use a coupon I had just received with my suit purchase to effectively take 2/3 off the price of that purchase. All in all I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience I received here. I was actually dreading the thought of having to go to Men's Wearhouse and get taken for a ride on mismatching coordinates as has happened once before in an emergency purchase. When I brought them back to the store, the manger, Rob, was rude. He refused to return them, first stating they were worn, then when I pointed out that they were defective and I only wanted an exchange, he refused because I didn't have the box. He raised his voice to me and when I asked for the customer service number, he gave me a fake number. The previous manager, Chrissy, was wonderful. I used to shop at the store often. I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.
