The employees greet you and ask if you need help right away, but then huddled together to talk and be on their phones. I didn't mind because I was just browsing, but if you needed help anywhere other than the entrance of the store you'd have to go get them. To me the place is more like a showroom than a store. Definitely more dress up western than practical clothing you'd be able to use in events or day to day. This location is in a major shopping center so there is plenty of parking spots close by.

The interior reminded me of those souvenir shops you'd find down by the coast where music is playing overhead and you're surrounded by bright colorful clothing from the floor to the ceiling. There's lots of men's, women's and children's activewear along with numerous accessories. You can also find some Austin souvenirs and T-shirts here as well. If it's busy, you'll have to sign in at the front door, but yes they are very helpful. I came here looking for some comfortable slip on black sketchers or something similar. Unfortunately, there was nothing in that category for me, and it should be pointed out that they have no leather upper business shoes here at all (or ladies heels either). This is strictly a running tennis shoe business with accessories. If you take running shoes seriously, this is the place to come, especially if you don't mind spending between $120-$250 for a pair. I did find a pair of white Roxy's which I've worn for 2 summers. Been wanting to replace them. Found my size in the Roxy white sneakers. They were on sale and I also had $5.00 in DSW birthday money. They were $60 and I ended up paying $35 not a bad deal for cute white Summer sneakers. Store is very large, and clean and organized. They do have a lot of clearance shoes in the back.
