So excited I didn't check to make sure it was the right size. Which leads me to my review....exchanges were easy. Of course I threw away my receipt. Because I'm crazy. However, They were able to find my purchase with my phone number and card I used. THANK YOU! I really wanted those shoes. I exchanged them and bought another pair. Staff was friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. The selection of my favorite brand was ....meh! They did have a better selection on the online store and you can ship to store. The store is spacious and plenty of room to try on shoes. Which I will do from now on. :)

The employees greet you and ask if you need help right away, but then huddled together to talk and be on their phones. I didn't mind because I was just browsing, but if you needed help anywhere other than the entrance of the store you'd have to go get them. To me the place is more like a showroom than a store. They did not have my size in stock at the store but got it delivered in 3 days from another store. I went back to try on and yet again I wanted a bigger size. Unfortunately, there was nothing in that category for me, and it should be pointed out that they have no leather upper business shoes here at all (or ladies heels either). This is strictly a running tennis shoe business with accessories. If you take running shoes seriously, this is the place to come, especially if you don't mind spending between $120-$250 for a pair. They were $60 and I ended up paying $35 not a bad deal for cute white Summer sneakers. Store is very large, and clean and organized. They do have a lot of clearance shoes in the back.
