Not my style of clothes but for the Father In Law it was perfect. The sale was hot hot hot! The selection was plentiful. And the help was abundant. I can't count how many times we were asked if we had question or if we could use any help. We felt like we had a couple of personal shoppers... the employees were just soooo attentive. We were there piecing things together for a bit over an hour and when we were ready to go... they jumped right on another register to ring us out. The employees were cleaning and asking if we needed help and I noticed when the register line got long they jumped in and opened another one!! WOW. Is all I got for this location. I have been shopping off and on at this store for about 3 years. First off I use to work in retail and hated having to deal with people that would walk in last min right before we closed. Now why I love this place. I work crazy hours and normally get off late now so it seems like ever time I get here it's always last min. An try and hurry and pay attention to not mess up the displays. Well the people that work here are always so welcoming and sure nice about still helping me and not trying to make it seem like I'm a bother. Well last night 11/7/19 I went in with my mom and partner because we have a Europe trip coming up soon. An well to be frank they have the best options for traveling. Anyway there was only what I could tell to be 2 people working. Sue and Dallas (don't quote me‍) They went above and beyond to help out and made sure we got everything we needed. Even just telling me they would go to the back and check to see if there was more of whatever we needed. Mind you it's like 8:55pm and I'm rushing my own mother and partner... but Sue and Dallas had not a problem with us being there. I invite everyone to go check this place out. So my wife and I went shopping at the Eddie Bauer Outlet Store In Round Rock TX. We were looking for a specific pair of pants and we were talking to a female employee explaining what type of pants . she said "We only have this type of pants" It was not what I was looking for so my wife approached us and told me that the pants we were looking for were in the back section. The employee that was helping me got upset because she didn't realize that they had more in the back and my wife is the one that found them and starting being rude, and i was asking her questions about the size and color and she started just being sarcastic and at that time another employe approached my wife and asked if he could help her. He had no idea that the female employee was helping me and my wife said to me why don't we have Charlie (That is the name of the male employee) Help you because he probably knows more about mans pants and how they feel because he said he has the same type of pants and he loves they way they feel . At that time the female employee name Jan said to Charlie" Good luck helping them and have fun" In a sarcastic way. I said to her "You don't have to be rude!" I bought a pair of Eddie Bauer Sport Sandals which failed shortly after purchasing with a separation of the layers in the sole. My wife returned them to the Outlet Eddie Bauer and they did not have the sport but offered the Break Point flip flop which I was not happy about. I ended up liking the sandal well enough not to mess with it. Within 1.5 years the Break Point also failed. I wanted to have the sandals replaced. At the store the manager Sam decided it was normal wear and tear. The failure was the strap (webbing) that goes between your toes. It frayed and broke in two. Normal wear and tear would be the soles of the sandals wearing thin, not a failure of the strap fraying. Unsatisfied with the evaluation of the manager I called Eddie Bauer and they were willing to exchange them but I had to mail them in. I wondered about various stores and called the South location. They also were willing to exchange them but are an extra hour of driving. The sandals besides the failure were fine. There is no point in paying for the name if the assurance of quality is the same as the $12 sandal on Amazon and a manager at a store can simple decide anything is wear and tear. read more

Hitting the lotto at a discount clothing store can be very, very satisfying. I only popped in here because nothing sang to me at Brooks Brothers, and dear God - the entire Choir of Angels was performing at this Eddie Bauer's. It was not only "Everything 50% Off" sale day, but with the regular store discount and an additional Yelp discount for checking-in at the mall, I was literally putting stuff back - I have to journal & report all signs of addictive behavior. But I did get everything I actually needed. A seriously nice & friendly staff - Justin, Meagan, and the very knowledgable lady who helped pick my particular Traveler coat. I think she's credited as Sales 345805. They also gave me a 10% coupon to use if I return on Father's Day. And if it rains, I'll get to wear my coat. read more

Only decided to come in here because I had one of those $10 certificates I get in my email. Which are great value I suggest signing up for them. So I walked over to the very far end of the round rock outlets and find a massive Eddie Bauer outlet store and I go to quite a few outlet stores but I have never seen one this large in this full of so much clearance and lower-priced items. Now I am not usually one who buys Eddie Bauer close what I primarily by is the little gadgets and other outdoor accessories like backpacks and chairs. Which always come out pretty cheap when they're on sale. So I find something here I had never seen before an ice chest/backpack which was one of the neatest things I've ever seen I am mediately purchases knowing it's such a great deal at 50% off and then minus my 10 dollars. The salesman explains to me about the bag and what it's used for I almost can't believe it once I see it and I think to myself wow what a neat invention so I immediately by it and he goes on to tell me all about it while I'm paying very nice sales rep.
