Went back again today and got the same great service I always get from this location.. They will work with you until you find the exact shoe for your feet.. The prices are also very competitive with other shoe shops in the nation from what I've researched.. I'm a distance runner sonshies are VERY important to me and getting right fit and feel for my feet. I went back in today and tried on a Pair of Hoka Mach X and New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite V3 and was torn between both of them ... I tried them on multiple times and jogged around the store and they were very patient with me.. I finally chose the New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite V3 and I love my choice. read more

Amazing service by Amanda. I took my brother, who is in his 80s, to shop for some good walking shoes. He needed good support and ones to help his balance. She carefully measured his feet and brought out a few options to try, letting is know the various aspects of each. She was incredibly helpful and I can't express how much we appreciated her guidance and help. Ethan, at the Georgetown location, is a true asset to your store. It's difficult for me to find a shoe that fits. I have wide to extra wide feet and have had surgery on both feet. My current job requires about 85% standing and 15% walking. I'm looking forward to wearing these HOKA's to work tomorrow!! With shoes, I sincerely believe you get what you pay for! HOKA is obviously a wonderful shoe, but that doesn't matter if you don't have knowledgeable employees to fit and sell your shoes. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Emily was awesome in explaining the characteristics of my feet and what I should be looking for in a running shoe. I have a lot of outdoor hobbies and have been fitted for various types of equipment but I have never experienced the level of service and expertise that I did at fleet feet in Georgetown. This just happened and I cannot believe it. I walked in (on my lunch hour) and was immediately greeted by a nice Asian lady and told her i was there to buy new shoes. That I had bought some before from the Round Rock location and I wasn't sure what I wanted this time. She handed me a tablet to fill out my info and I sat down, removed my shoes (she sat in front of me) and I started typing. A young man walked in and she asked him if she could help and he said basically the same thing I did. She got up and told me that she was going to help him, took away the tablet and walked over to scan his feet. I put my shoes back on, got up and left. WTF??? read more

I bought a pair of HOKA GaviotA4 shoes late last year. Within 2-3 months, the fabric in the heel wore thru, exposing the foam rubber backing. The manager authorized the salesman to exchange for another pair saying it was the socks causing the problem and tried to sell me some new socks at $20 per pair. A few months later, I noticed that the heel fabric was wearing thru on the new shoes. I went back and was told it was the cotton socks. I wear nothing but cotton socks and have never had this problem. I am not a walker, runner of golfer. Maybe they fitted me with too large a shoe? They never offered to check the fit! In fact, they never asked to walk for them so as to check the fit. read more

Had a bad experience in the Round Rock store for this same reason but gave the Georgetown store another try. I suggested that the shoes they showed me were too wide. I was told the machine never lies so they refused to show me shoes that fit. They just bring out what the machines tells them to. They are not shoe sales people. They simply read the computer and if you don't like the fit, you're not going to get new shoes today. After 65 years of wearing shoes, I prefer the kind that don't slip off my heels. 4/28/2023 Wife and I were looking for new shoes for our European trip in June ( we are planning to do a lot of walking and don't want shoes from a Discount Store) Brought the mother in law along and then the wife's daughter dropped in. Emily was our consultant and was not a bit rattled with suddenly having 4 folks to deal with. Emily was well into fitting the 3 of us when the wife's daughter dropped in. Emily handed her off to another consultant. Wife & I and mother in law found Emily to be very interested in insuring each of our unique needs were being met. This was accomplished by asking pointed questions and listening intently to our answers. We all 4 ended up with new shoes. Yes, they're a bit more expensive than at a Discount Store, but the personalized attention given to us by Emily was well worth it. They never have any styles/colors in stock. In addition, the staff have been rude when my family has come multiple times.

I was given a pair of Hoka shoes for Christmas to teach and work baseball games in. They are excellent shoes but the color I got was less than desirable. Took them back to the Georgetown store to exchange. Got fitted on their mat. Exchanged them with absolutely no issues. Wore new ones to school a few times but they just didn't leave my feet happy. I took them back today (60 day no questions asked exchange policy) and once again I was so well taken care of and my new shoes feel incredibly comfortable. Will wear them all week at school and I am sure I will be happy! Maybe a bit more expensive than other places but these folks give you personalized service. They care. You will get what you need at Fleet Feet and you will never be disappointed with their customer service promise and employees in Georgetown! read more

after visiting Fleet feet, and consulting with Emily, I ran the longest distance that I've ever in my life. I am saying, Emily's, either needs a raise, or a promotion or both. After learning from her, I was surprised and shocked to see the difference. The quality shoes made in my running. I ran 7 miles straight after barely being able to complete 2 miles if you have the chance, and you have the funds, see Emily in Georgetown at Fleet feet. You won't regret it. read more

I have flat feet issues and need went to the store hoping to find a pair of shoes with better arch support. I got the help from Craig, who was very patient listening to my issues and knowledgeable about shoes. Took his suggestion and exchanged for another Hoka model. This location is by far the best one I've visited! Aubrey was so helpful and detailed when it came to putting us in the right shoes. She conducted a foot scan and thoroughly explained those results.
