It is located in the 1890's shopping area near the North East end. Hardly any other customers in the shop. A couple of employees by the register. Both greeted me as I walked in (Nice Touch). It was neatly laid out and very clean. I spotted my size and headed to that rack. Found three pairs of comfortable work shoes and wanted to try them on. This is where they lose a star, I couldn't find a chair or seat. So standing up in the aisle, I maneuver my shoe off and try to slip the new one on. Three times I did this and had to change which foot because I had challenges getting the cardboard out of the toes of all the Right foot shoes. Decided to take one black pair that fit well and a beige pair. The pricing is pretty decent. The ladies at the register were very pleasant. It probability took me just as long to write this review as I was in the store.

There was a great selection of my favorite brands, including Converse, Skechers, and Rocket Dog! My husband needed assistance with his shoes. The store manager, Tony, was very knowledgeable regarding the makeup of the shoes, and how it affected shock absorption by the joints and back. I was additionally impressed when he answered all of my questions regarding Skechers, and the various ones offered in their store. My husband also needed some insoles for added comfort and Tony assisted in choosing the right ones for the shoes he picked out. This kind of service should be the norm everywhere and not the exception. Because of our experience, I will be returning to this store for future shoe purchases.

I was greeted and helped by Jaden and I have to say that it was the best customer service experience I've had in a while. He helped me with an exchange and gave me time to walk around in the boots and make sure they were just right. Their Amazon center is convenient to me, and works great unless there's someone there trying to COMPLAIN instead of RETURN. In return I get coupons to shop at Kohls, so I've been looking around. On the plus side the store is clean, quiet, and uncrowded. On the flip side...none of the coupons seem to come close to the price I could get at other local stores, from bedspreads to shirts to batteries.
