I recently got my own apartment and was able to completely furnish my new place just like I wanted it to be with new furniture at a considerably lower price than most other places. I initially went there for a sofa and found just about everything else I needed there all in one place. The owner was very helpful and further discounted my total when I added additional items from their stand alone price of the items if bought individually! By the time I had finished, I ended up getting my entire apartment furnished without having to go anywhere else! I got the best sofa ever too. I am so happy with it; a large sectional very comfortable couch and divan and foot rest. I also found the perfect barstools I needed, some very custom lamps and lighting, end tables that are uniquely asthetic, my mattresses, sheets, pillows, bedspread and comforter, all a matching colour and theme for my bedroom. Full sized rugs and floor coverings to match, for every room and walkway I needed. And a dresser for my clothes, and a perfect small chair and automin for the bedroom that match the bedroom theme and color. There was a great recliner and another sofa combination I would have been happy to have taken, but alas my new apartment only had ONE livingroom and ONE bedroom, and I was out of rooms to furnish! And so my empty new apartment was complete. I got everything in one place and paired with appropriate matching accessories I was certain would go well together, at a further discounted total price, and delivered the next day for a very small delivery fee which I couldn't have done myself anyways. I didn't have to lift or pick up or unload anything; all I had to do was say: "put it there,...and put it there,...and over there, ..and there, ...and those go in the bedroom,..in there, and that goes in the kitchen, ...and THANK YOU Marini's for everything and all your help... I couldn't have done it without your help. And when I realize whatever else I might need also, I'll be sure I check with Marini's first before I go anywhere else! I am so happy I shopped Marini's before anywhere else! Been six months since moving in now and I still love everything I got from Marini's, ... hence I'm writing this praising review to tell others to consider shopping Marini's before anywhere else first! This week with my parents was all about thrifting. This was our first stop. My mom found me a Lucky…read morebrand top that was on the 50% rack. I tried it on over my clothing as they don't have a changing room. The top was a bit too baggy on me and the sleeves were kind of short, that was how the sleeves were to be, but still too short for my liking. I looked through all the clothing and sadly didn't find anything that caught my attention. This was a downer as it was our first thrift shop in our week of shopping. I was starting to feel unlucky. Things did pick up over the week and I found lots of great finds at the other thrift stores in the area. Changing rooms- Sadly they don't have any and that kept me from picking out clothing to try on. I believe they have a return policy of some type. You probably just get store credit, that's how most places work, you don't actually get your money back. if you are a frequent shopper here that can work out for you. Since I'm from out of town taking the clothing home and trying it on and trying to return it doesn't really work for me. Bathrooms- I think at one time they allowed patrons to use their restroom, but now it's limited to just employees. Parking- They are part of a strip mall and they have a private parking lot with free parking. There were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. Monday, July 13, 2026 around Noon. Offerings: Clothing, Shoes, purses, dishes, dog and cat supplies, furniture, suitcases, ect. Dog and Cat Supplies- They have a ton of different Halloween costumes for your furry friend. There are lots of shirts for your furry friend to wear. They have baby gates, crates, food dishes, toys, ect. This is a great place to shop at if you have a furry friend. I wish I knew about this place when my little girl was still around. So sad. My parents love this thrift store. They come here on a regular basis. My parents are volunteers at Joybound and get their employee discount. I on the other hand wasn't impressed. Unless i get a new furry friend I probably won't come back on my own.
