This location has absolute great employees, however they are incredibly under staffed. Every time in the last 3 months I've been here I have had to wait more then 10 minutes in line because they only have 1 employee working. This last Saturday I went and once again only 1 employee working. Ok I get it on slow days but it was Saturday afternoon... the line went all the way around the store to the very back!!!! More then 15 people were sitting in line. I walked out, who has time to wait in line for more then 30 minutes?! Anyways the employees who are currently working are so nice and helpful but truthfully I feel bad for them. Management needs to hire more people or just schedule more then one employee at a time!!!!!!!! read more

Very disappointing. Manager at this location is EXTREMELY rude!! She not only treats customers with disrespect but she also was VERY disrespectful to her employee. This has happened on more than one occasion. One shopping day she disrespected an African American family, yelling at the children then the mom. These children were not misbehaving. It was so bad, that the family left the store. Today she yelled at other customers and were rude to those in line. When her coworker asked her for help she responded with a rude comment. I made a comment to her that it was bad business to be rude to customers and employees. She then continued to respond to me very rudely!!! I will NOT be shopping here EVER!! Like the previous post stated, this is one of the best organized, cleanest Dollar Store in Orange County. After using Yelp! to find out the store hours, which were not on Yelp!, I called the store (which Yelp! did provide). The employee confirmed they were open so I headed over. They must have just opened because I was the only person in. Back to that organized comment, I found what I needed immediately. Within minutes (seemed like seconds) I got my 20 foam swords for a kids pirate birthday party. I didn't even have to take them all out, told the cashier I had 20, rang up one 20 times, payed and I was out. 5 minutes tops! That's like a star a minute!!! read more

I love the Dollar Tree, I get made fun of because of how much I like coming to the Dollar Tree and I like this particular one because (like the other yelpers said) this one is clean and organized. Its a lot smaller than the other Dollar Tree stores I've been to but I'd rather take cleanliness than merchandise all over the floor any day. The only complaint I have about this location is sometimes you can wait a good 5 minutes till someone notices you waiting at the counter ready to pay. read more

Even though this store is tiny, it is awesome. They have a pretty large freezer section with Luigis Italian ice for $1!! The grocery store sells the same italian ice for $3!! Maybe because it is so small, but it always seems to be clean and each time I've been in, the lines haven't been as crazy as some of the other dollar trees. I like to buy the tin foil containers for make-ahead meals. read more

I went in today to buy some birthday balloons. As usual long line and only one cashier. While two other ladies went into some back room. Finally another one comes to ring me up and I get 3 balloons and two drinks. My total was 9.05 so I hand her a $10. I drive all the way home and check my receipt. I got charged 2.50 twice for ketchup I didn't even buy. I went back and got the same lady. I told her I didn't get any ketchup. So she turns to the other cashier which I think is the manager. And that lady tells her they don't give cash back. That I would have to return an item to get cash back. So I told her I got charged for something I didn't even buy. The original lady I got felt so bad she pulls out 5 dollars from own pocket saying it was her fault so here. I took it and left. But what kind of store doesn't give cash back? Especially for something I didn't even buy? This dollar tree is terrible. read more

Not happy with this store at all. Bought a bunch of things, Rachel who checked me out scanned the cereal I bought twice, the notebook I bought twice AND when I came home the notebook wasn't even in my bag! So I realized all this when I got home. No way to contact this company either. Really irritating. read more

What in the heck is going on at this store? Go to checkout, one cashier (on the older side of 50 & gross), LONG line of frustrated people, can hear cashier telling customer in checkout ALL about her Thanksgiving, super loud, super chatty & SUPER long conversation while everyone in line just stares in disbelief that this woman has no clue how irritated people are getting. Customer in checkout tried to interrupt her at least 3 times to complete the transaction. I have VIDEO of this BTW. Cashier says to customer "I LOVE YOU" & for whatever reason, customer says "I love you more" as she's exiting. Cashier says something about getting her phone number & says "yeah sip on that because that'll wake me right up"! WTF? Another employee comes to the register (YAY) but leaves immediately without even acknowledging the issue or the line. Next person checking out asks about the Sushi plush toy things at register & cashier says "Please buy all of them & get them out of my face, I swear to God, I'm so sick of looking at them, I'm not kidding, get them out of here". Next customer was clearly Hispanic so she spoke to him in crazy bad spanish, even though he didn't engage her at all. Si Senior, Muy Bien, Gracias, Adios! By the time I got up to the register, she calls me sweetheart, tries to have a conversation with me & I just blocked her out completely. No talk, no eye contact, no interaction, nothing. She looked at me like she just saw big foot & couldn't wrap her mind around the fact that I wanted to pay & leave without having a full blown conversation. I tried to figure out who the manager was on my way out but couldn't tell one employee from another while they were stocking shelves & kicking boxes down the aisles so I bailed. There were 3 women behind me that all bonded over the absurdity of the cashier situation & I really hope they can remain friends for life :-) read more

I love this place. I come here every other week to buy frozen fruits and random kitchen appliances. Cashiers are always nice and chatty. Some items at the regular supermarket for a few bucks are only a buck here. read more

My grandson was with me and put 50 cents in their machine and did not get his toy. Their response was they have no control over a machine in their store and he was just out of luck. Really? I had just spent big bucks in their store and they cannot afford to give a 6 year old his 50 cents back. Way to earn new customers. read more

Their staff member named Rubie is so rude. I asked an item to her if they have it, she said: "hold on I will go check it" and hang up on me. I called again and she answered the phone "sorry we do not have the item". I was wondering if she really understood the item that I wanted and asked her again like what the item I want and what item did you go check for me? She said like "what item do you want?". So the bottom line is that she just pretended to go find an item I wanted and cheated on me even though she did not know know the item name. Low class lady! read more

Love the dollar tree this one is great and the same employees always so helpful and nice when when I run in 4 minutes before they close I still am treated with a smile. I appreciate that! The only reason why I have a star less was because they can't seem to keep their carts :( people steal them and so they have like 3 carts for the whole place. They do have the baskets but when I have a lot to purchase it's tricky hope they get more soon :-) read more

Clean and well organized. Many name brands, Farmer John's sausage for a buck when it's $2.99 at VONS. Strove Top Stuffing (when they have it), great pickle assortment, my wife likes their hummus (again, when they have it). We usually get $70-$80 worth of stuff for less than thirty bucks. read more
