This is a brand spankin' new women's clothing shop inside of Polaris mall. It immediately caught my…read moreattention as I was walking by because the clothing was very much up my alley. I walked in and within seconds I had a tank top, pair of pants, and a mini skirt in hand. The prices were very affordable, more than say H&M but less than say.. Macys. The style is a combo of street style and club style.. Maybe? They also have loungewear and it looked SO FREAKIN COMFY! I loved all the racer type gear and several of the jackets they had. They also have accessories like jewelry, hats, etc. In the end, I walked out with a pleather mini skirt with a slit. Super Cute, about $50. The staff was super friendly, assisting me in the dressing room and getting me new sizes when needed. Also when checking me out. They have a loyalty program that's free and gets you 10% off your first purchase. There is no doubt that I'll be back here and I'm excited to come outside of the holidays when I won't feel as guilty buying stuff for myself.

A bit Pricey but in today's economy- what isn't !…read more I took my granddaughter shopping for her 13th birthday, and we spent over an hour in the store trying on clothes. During that entire time, not one employee acknowledged us or offered help while we searched for sizes and colors. At checkout, things got worse. After I paid in cash, the cashier handed me my bills and change all in one hand and said, "We don't have any pennies, is that okay?" She never explained what I was agreeing to. I couldn't tell if I was given more or less than expected because everything was handed to me at once, and she was very vague. When I asked for clarification, she eventually said they couldn't give me the exact change because "they don't make pennies anymore." That explanation made no sense. Whether or not pennies are still being produced has nothing to do with a current transaction--there are still plenty in circulation. The issue wasn't the penny--it was the assumption. She didn't ask if I had exact change, didn't ask if I had pennies, and didn't explain upfront that I was being shorted. She just decided it was acceptable. I remained calm, polite, and spoke in a softer tone than usual because I didn't want to make a scene. But I did explain that it's rude to assume a customer doesn't want their change, no matter how small the amount. Another employee overheard and asked what was going on. The cashier responded, "She's complaining because I didn't have one penny." That completely misrepresented the situation. The second employee replied, "Well, they don't make them anymore, so what do you want us to do?"--which only made things worse. I even pointed out that I had pennies on me, reinforcing that this wasn't the customer's problem to solve. If anything, a business should round in favor of the customer--not against them. The cashier argued that giving me more would make her drawer short, which again shows a lack of understanding of basic customer service. At one point, the second employee disengaged entirely and turned away with a smirk, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, a third employee (who appeared to be a manager) stepped in and said, "Just give her a nickel"--which is exactly what I suggested from the beginning. At that point, it wasn't even about the money anymore--it was about how the situation was handled from start to finish. Also worth noting: if the situation were reversed and I was short a penny, I highly doubt they would have said, "That's fine, they don't make them anymore." I would have been expected to come up with the difference. We left without taking the nickel, but the experience left a lasting impression. For the prices they charge ($45 for shorts, $35 for a tank top), I expect far better service and professionalism. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Much rather spend my money at Lululemon and get SUPERB service.

I love this Costco! Everyone is helpful, patient and happy to be working there, even when it busy!…read moreThe produce is always fresh. The rotisserie chicken is a must have (because let's be honest, who wants to cook after bringing in a Costco haul! lol) The Kirkland brand has never been a disappointment. I do have the executive membership which earns $ back yearly. It's sent in check form. All you do is bring the check into Costco and go through a regular check out line and apply the $ to your purchase. You do not get cash back for this one but if you have the citi Costco card then the check you get for their yearly rewards you can just cash at the Costco service desk. I got tires here as well. They are good quality and have last 2 + years and going strong. Parking.. good luck! It's Costco and usually always busy. So at times you do need to walk a bit. They have plenty of handicap accessible spots. One thing that you may not know. You can asked the greeter on the way out for a " loader" if you need one. You leave the cart and go get your car. Pull it up to the front and they help you load your car

The employees are polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and have helped me get the hearing I want. At Costco, the quality of the merchandise, the prices, the freshness and the quick checkout are unbeatable, even on busy days. I've sent many friends and relatives to the Gemini Costco, and most have bought their hearing aids there too. It's absolutely my favorite place to shop.

How have I not reviewed IKEA before! This just simply can't be right. I love IKEA!…read more I will add that the only downsides I see are that prices went up around COVID and haven't really come down much and the annoying shift to mostly self checkout. Plus, they discontinued the small IKEA Family member discount, which was a bummer. Customer Service is always good and employees are friendly. I do want to add the quality of furniture is not bad! I feel like it gets a bad rap. It's manufactured furniture but I feel it is decent quality and a wonderfully affordable option for all ages. My partner and I have purchased and assembled countless IKEA pieces. We have our couch (Sleeper sectional, 3 seat w/storage), kitchen table, recliner, desk, shoe cabinet, dresser, and floor lamps, to name a few of the larger purchaes. But we also love all the little items like storage crates, holiday décor, kitchenware, utensils, cups, mugs, clothes hangers, and rugs. IKEA just has it all and you can even grab lunch at the resturant! My favorite part is I love exploring the store and imaging the possibilities and seeing what I can find. There are even some displays I would love to just move into. More info, the Columbus website is www.ikea.com/us/en/stores/columbus
