I love this Costco! Everyone is helpful, patient and happy to be working there, even when it busy! The produce is always fresh. The rotisserie chicken is a must have (because let's be honest, who wants to cook after bringing in a Costco haul! lol) The Kirkland brand has never been a disappointment. I do have the executive membership which earns $ back yearly. It's sent in check form. All you do is bring the check into Costco and go through a regular check out line and apply the $ to your purchase. You do not get cash back for this one but if you have the citi Costco card then the check you get for their yearly rewards you can just cash at the Costco service desk. I got tires here as well. They are good quality and have last 2 + years and going strong. Parking.. good luck! It's Costco and usually always busy. So at times you do need to walk a bit. They have plenty of handicap accessible spots. One thing that you may not know. You can asked the greeter on the way out for a " loader" if you need one. You leave the cart and go get your car. The employees are polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and have helped me get the hearing I want. At Costco, the quality of the merchandise, the prices, the freshness and the quick checkout are unbeatable, even on busy days. Every time I walk into the store, somebody asked me about the same service animal. I have shown them identification for the animal and it is against HIPAA for them to continue to harass me. You can post a sign that says no animals other than service animals, but you cannot ask people about them. What are you going to do if you have a service animal for someone who is hearing impaired? read more

The eye exam doctor at this location is the issue. I'm still unable to see properly and getting headaches, even after I told him my prior rx was almost perfect. I went for recheck for him to say it was fine, and his handwriting is so bad the poor optical person doesn't stand a chance. This eye doctor could be responsible for car accidents or worse because he has not moved to typing up the rx to be certain it is right! About all the info you get is WHEN your item is shipped and nothing in between until it is delivered. If the expected delivery date is important to you, your package may arrive early. It may arrive late. That is a real pain when you are ordering something with an end of sale date but you need a more accurate delivery date. We have gone from a day early, to 5 days late to a couple of MONTHS late with no way to cancel the order or change the address even with customer service help. Writing this solely because I love the prepared meals. The salads, and the casseroles you stick in the oven for an hour, meaning a no -fuss dinner. The Mediterranean Orzo Salad was great, but I haven't seen it again. I also love the chicken enchiladas, which I had for a meal several times. The Shepherds pie is a dish my dad loved, but I haven't been able to find it again. I served their Chicken Pot Pie for dinner with friends. The four of us feasted and there were leftovers. This review relates specifically to the Costco HEARING CENTER. Based on excellent reviews in Consumer Reports, we scheduled an appointment with the Costco Hearing Center for a FREE hearing test. And, based on the results of that test, we purchased hearing aids for my wife. The staff in the hearing aid center was very professional and explained everything as they went. They weren't pushy and were very accommodating. We bought a Costco membership specifically for the purpose of buying hearing aids. The staff at the membership desk explained that their membership "system" was down but they took us to a kiosk in order to complete the application so we can complete the purchase of the hearing aids - they were very pleasant and really wanted to help us - very helpful. Now that we're Costco members, we'll try the store and evaluate the store at a later date. read more

We've had the absolutely worst experience ordering a refrigerator, then a dishwasher, from them. Costco clearly had no idea what it's doing - the delivery and installation process is a disaster from start to finish. You end up negotiating directly between the supplier and Costco - no one takes accountability, any problems and now you're the person in charge. COSTCO will take ZERO accountability for these failures - they do NOTHING! I love this Costco location. It is newer and seems to have higher end items that I have not regularly seen at other locations. It is always very busy but there is staff to account for this. During the pandemic there was visible cart cleaning going on, masks were being required, and limit 2 people per membership. The inside is well organized and easy to navigate. I stopped on the most recent visit on the way to meet my rescue puppy outside of Cleveland. I wanted to grab some puppy food and was happy to find they had both varieties. I was also able to snag the cutest BARK box of Costco themed dog toys! These toys have been my puppies absolute favorites! Just a side note if you arent very familiar with Costco, although I am a 1 person household, the cost of membership is worth it for me thanks to the gas discount, some food items, and really if you need something and they have it, it will be cheaper than anywhere else or come with more bells and whistles than at a regular store such as Target! Don't think I've been in the store here before, just gotten gas. Today brought mom and Baby K for some light shopping- and spent more than $100. It's a pretty typical Costco. Loads of bulk items, in all categories, arranged well (though I still wish they would put signs on the aisles.) Lots of cold items in the back, meat (cheap and in huge quantities,) entrees, cheese, you name it. Produce in a cold area off to the side. Wine by the barrel. Well, hundreds of bottles anyway. Dry goods on one side, household/hardware/electronics on the other. Pharmacy stuff up front. A little cafe with cheap eats. We got rotisserie chicken (best around, and cheapest,) meat (a bunch of chicken breasts, priced well and already portioned out,) applesauce packs (super cheap,) clothes for K (also cheap,) and much more. Their lobster bisque is a fave, good not great. I got some Chinese ribs (and kept from also grabbing some chili that looked awesome.) If you have a family, this is a no-brainer. Just you or a couple, well, might be useful, but the mass quantities don't always make sense. For me, just the gas discount makes up for the membership fee, and any savings beyond that is gravy. We buy lots of paper goods, coffee, etc., and certainly save there. Of course, impulse buys like the ribs negate some of that. Took me awhile to jump on the Costco train, but now I like it. Service is always great. Selection is impressive. Prices are good. Bring some bags (they have boxes.) read more

This wasn't my first rodeo at Costco. I normally go there for one thing and leave with at least four additional items I had no intention on purchasing. You're probably wondering, "Well Carla, did you only buy one item at Costco?" No, I didn't. Why? Because I couldn't pass up the deals. I just couldn't. There always seems to be a Costco employee cleaning, helping, and stocking the store. After multiple free samples, a lot of browsing, and having more items in my cart than I needed, it was time to cash out. Seventy plus dollars later, I thought we were done at Costco, but the nugget wanted a hotdog and who can pass up a $1.50 hotdog and drink combo? I got the drink, he got the dog. Deal of the century. Pros: -Costco in general, I mean where else can you buy a variety of items? They sell everything from cradle (baby diapers) to grave (caskets). -Samples, lots and lots of food samples -$1.50 hotdog and soda combo -Friendly staff Cons: -My inability to just buy the one item I needed. My car battery died at this Costco. I went inside and asked the tire department if they could jump my car. They were extremely helpful. Someone came and jumped my car off of a battery. He was super friendly and helpful. This all happened on the first cold day of the year and during the after work rush. read more

This is a nice Costco location. Seems clean, wide aisles, lots of product. The aisles aren't well marked. Grown up Melanie seems to find aisle sinage and takeout food packaging very important :) Costco offers bulk packs of many staples such as cleaning and paper products, and enough chicken to feed an army. As an army of one, I tend to focus on more specific items that I use at a faster rate than filling my freezer with chicken (not that there is anything wrong with that). They have great price on Sambazon Acai Smoothie packs, and I also picked up multipacks of chicken stock, frozen edamame, and almond milk. The furniture selection is always interesting and I should probably visit again when I'm in the mood for a TV. The price for cleaning products is good, but the quantity is higher than I'd use in 2 years, and I'd rather use my storage space for things that I find personally interesting so can't really comment on those. We needed our hearing aids checked and having worked with Alexa at Easton we knew we could rely on her. She checked my hearing and found I had lost 40% in my left ear. Really don't want to give 2 stars but I made an appointment at the tire center for my tires to be replaced at 5:45 over the weekend and was told it would only take an hour. I get to Costco not only did not take an hour to do, I also had been charged again which resulted in a refund for all 4 tires. So it was just a huge headache I did not want to deal with right out of work. After the refund, I was then told my tires weren't there, you should have seen the look I gave them after making an appointment knowing that they were there. I said please double check because I was told a week before my tires arrived to this Costco. Sure enough they were there. Finally after 3 hours of waiting and just being overly frustrated with everything my car is done. I just wanted to leave the lot because I was super tired and didn't want to deal with anything else for the night. -Polaris Costco trip- Arrived at 9:30am when the store opened. The line was literally down the street and around the corner. Thankfully the line moved rapidly and only took about 5 min to get inside. There were pallets of toilet paper all around the building. I've never seen so much! Start to finish it took about an hour, a normal shopping experience. The associates were super helpful keeping lines organized. All of the check out lanes were open making a super fast check out experience. Susan at Customer service is very rude. She should not be in customer service as she does not explain things to customers without an attitude. We had an Executive Membership that we were talked into saying "it pays for itself" but they don't allow you to use your "rewards" unless you continue the membership which we don't want to do because Costco is too far from our home and it doesn't make sense to keep. Susan said "we cannot reward you for not being a member" with her head bobbing side to side. She also then told these 2 guys next to her about our situation to which they looked over at us and laughed shaking their heads. Unbelievable they are your customer service. The rewards were for the time we were a member and we should get to use those even if we do not continue our membership. I will try going back to renew my membership, spend my rewards, then cancel my membership. It's a shame that customer service couldn't suggest this or offer a shoppers card or something that could allow me to use rewards that were mine. Because of the poor customer service I would never consider a membership here ever again. read more

We've been shopping at Costco for decades in different states. Although some items are seasonal and they no longer carry whole bean decaf coffee we still shop there. Anyway, we were there yesterday during the COVID-19 crisis and I can't stress enough how well run the place was. Middle of the afternoon no lines around the block, they controlled how many shoppers were allowed in at the time, some items were limited purchase such as toilet paper. Once you were ready to check out, an employee would kindly point you to a check out line. Well run, organized. Perfect experience. I love Costco. Each one has some of the same items, then there are the local flavors that make each one special. You can't miss with the $1.50 hot dog and drink combo. It's quick, cheap, filling. This days trip was to order a birthday cake for my guy's surprise party. I like that Costco has new cake themes and for graduation even had a list with many of the local school colors. I didn't count, but could see there were at 2 pages! I picked up the cake and it was even better than I thought. I chose the golf ball cake with 18th hole. I noticed that on my credit card a automatic renewal of my membership on December 1st and it didn't expire until Dec31 st. I called to have it removed as I don't want to spend 60 for it at this time. I called the CC company and they said wait til the 5th of Dec to see that it's removed. I called on the 5th to be told by Costco that I have to wait until the 6th and have to come in to have it removed!!!!!!!! I called today and (6th) Polaris Costco and was told a manager will call me back tomorrow as there isn't want in the store today. I will NOT BE GETTING another membership from there. I didn't give permission to renew. It overlaps for one month, which should be illegal. Check your memberships!!!! read more

I've been here many times and find it always has a good selection of items, fully stocked, and a good about of food samples with friendly staff. Here we are, member for about 5yrs now, and I think I buy a majority of items from Costco - including food, clothing, homegoods, and even some items where I would normally choose HOme Depot or Lowes. A couple things - store is huge, and has an excellent return policy. I dont like keeping my receipts, you dont need them here. This equates to zero-worry buying, I don't pass on items to regret them later - I just buy and return id I change my mind. A couple highlight purchases over the year: 1) Michelin Tires - $300 cheaper than Tire Discounters, also includes free rotation and hazard warranty. 2) Interstate car battery - extra 6 month warranty 3) Nest Hello & google home including 1yr nest service - $189 (this is about $80 cheaper than other black friday sales) 4) Pet Beds - our spoiled dog loves them 5) Pharmacy - including pet medications, much cheaper than national chains While a shopping cart full here usually is about $350-500, there are also some great staple items like: bottled water, coffee, hummus, and others that are superior quality and value compared to other grocery stores. read more

I've been shopping at another warehouse store for years, but recently a friend asked me if I'd like to be her secondary at Costco. I was so excited. I couldn't wait to go. I've heard so much about Costco. I mean, it's just a store but people really hype it up. I visited this location on a Thursday evening around 5:30, a few days before an OSU home game. OMG, I have never seen so many people in a store . Everyone had cart loads of items. I saw TVs, jewelry, furniture, appliances, clothing. I moved further back to the meats. To my surprise, you buy in bulk, but most meats are separated into lb. portions within their packaging. I loved it! Checkout was a breeze, even with many customers. The restrooms were clean, and the food area had many choices. I've heard from others that Monday evenings have the least amount of traffic. It'll take some time to acclimate, but I see a future with Costco. read more

Went for a walk-thru with my daughter and grandbabies on a Saturday. We first had a bite to eat. The food offerings were low price and really good. The hot dogs are HUGE and my grandkids loved them. I had the hot turkey sandwich which was pretty good. We then grabbed a cart and walked around. There were too many people to enjoy shopping and looking at items. Will have to go back at a non-peak time to shop. The restrooms were very clean. The trough style sink makes it difficult for kids to wash their hands. The twins are just 4 yrs old and barely could reach under the faucet or to get soap. The staff we encountered were very nice and all of them with a smile. read more

This update is for the Costco Optical located within this location, which is where I recently purchased my new glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were great at giving me space to browse and try on different options, but receptive to answering questions. When I was ready to place my order, they did a great job explaining all of my options and what it meant as far as how it would look/feel in the glasses and any pricing adjustments that it would require. Once ordered, I was told the glasses would take 5-7 business days to arrive, but I was pleasantly surprised that they came in within 2-5 business days (multiple pairs; all were in no later than 5 days). Located off the same exit as the new IKEA and across from Polaris Fashion Place. I am a huge Costco fan and this location doesn't disappoint.
