Today, I visited the Target at 6000 Sawmill Rd., Dublin, OH, for the first time. My review is for a young lady named Sarah who works in the. beverage dept. There are so many wonderful things I could say about her. Hoping she will receive recognition. I was looking for a sparkling juice product when I saw Sarah. She's gentle-spirited. She was so sweet to me!!! She was busy but I asked if she knew where the product was that I wanted. She stopped what she was doing and was happy to assist me. She, actually, took me right to the product and asked me how many boxes I wanted. I didn't have a cart but I told her that I wanted four boxes of the Izze sparkling juice. But, I told her the boxes of juice were too heavy for her to carry. She just stacked one after another in her arms, then led me to the Self-Checkout. I was concerned about how heavy the boxes were. She told me she was fine carrying the boxes. There is an Ulta Store in that Target and I cannot breathe fragrances. Sweet Sarah took me to the checkout without getting close to Ulta. She was taking care of me. I grew to love her in just a few short minutes. Her sweet spirit was one of the 'best' shopping experiences I've ever had. When we got to the Self-Checkout, Sarah saw the carts. I went to get a cart and she was waiting for me at the checkout. After I paid for the items, Sarah said may I help you to your car. It was unlike any shopping experience I've ever had!!! I told Sarah I would be fine. So just before she started to walk away and as I was ready to leave, I asked her if I could give her a hug. We gave each other a hug. She was so precious. I told her if I get back to that Target, I would look for her. I also told her that I would not forget her. Sarah said I won't forget you either. That was probably the best blessing of my day. I didn't know that people like Sarah existed. She is young, sandy colored hair (medium length) and wore eyeglasses. read more

Terrible customer service experience. Today, I visited with my 2- and 5-year-old children. While waiting in line, my kids became upset over candy, and I told them no. The cashier--an Indian woman--began scanning my items without greeting me and seemed visibly irritated. I couldn't tell if her attitude was directed at me, my kids, or because we're Black.She then aggressively tossed stickers at my 2-year-old and sarcastically said, "Huh, stickers, sir," before doing the same to my 5-year-old, who has special needs, adding, "Sir, ma'am, whatever you are." I was stunned but didn't cause a scene since I was already overwhelmed.As a regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed. I reported the incident to the manager, who was kind and offered a gift card. Still, I plan to share this experience until I'm assured this employee is held accountable. I'll update if I receive any follow-up read more

Was unusually understaffed today, but other than that, it's a nice Target. Good grocery selection.

Time is money. Better online shopping than standing in a crowd of sick, coughing winter shoppers. No exaggeration: lines ten carts long. Great service on the floor, understaffed at the registers. read more

Solid Target location! Very large, organized, and clean in the store. Associates are pretty hands off, even at check-out (plenty of self-checkout), but I didn't mind this at all. Much better than a store that watches you like you're a criminal. There's an expansive book and music selection, including k-pop! This is always my favorite section and the sign of a good Target. The main detraction is the pricing and restroom. There is very very limited clearance and sales, and prices in general aren't great here. The women's restroom was also NASTY, as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. Multiple dirty stalls, toilet paper on the floor, smelled bad but not in an individual way. Again, as if it just hadn't been cleaned in days. Probably use the restroom before you come here. read more

My mother in law was checking out and the woman at the cash register was incredibly rude and needs to be fired in my opinion. My mother in law brought reusable bags and was telling the cashier that she wanted to use the reusable bags. The cashier was talking under her breath and rolling her eyes and continued to ignore my mother in law and kept using the plastic bags. My mother in law asked two more times to use the reusable bags and that's when the cashier threw the purchased items down the line at my mother in law and started yelling at her saying she was being aggressive and went to get a manager. The manager came over and finished the transactions and sent the crazy cashier lady to the self checkout where she then acted sweet as pie. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this interaction, not only the crazy cashier freak but also how management really didn't do anything or apologize for having a lunatic on staff. We will be taking our business elsewhere and making sure everyone we know does the same. Ridiculous. read more

I've only been to this target location a handful of times but it's a decent target. There is a Starbucks inside which is always nice and they seem to be keeping up with upgrades and remodeling. I did some Christmas shopping here last night and just like most Target locations, they had a great selection of toys and games. The store was clean and organized. read more

This is pretty standard Target in regards to the offerings you'd expect to see: clothes, shoes, baby care, home goods, electronics, toys, personal care needs, art supplies, seasonal, and the like. It does offer a food/market area, with the small frozen and refrigerated sections, some produce, and the like. I went in with a decent sized list and was able to find everything I needed. The website information matched the store, as far as being able to use it to identify what aisles to find what I needed. The cashier was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. There is a large parking lot available. read more

Love the pride selection. Cool to see inclusivity. Very red inside could use softer warmer lighting but it's chill. I am a total target fan! As soon as you walk in, you see bull's-eyes playground, which is a Curation of items that you would find cute and necessary in a affordable price range. In the past everything used to be a dollar but now prices have raised, and you can find items anywhere between one, three, and five dollars. You may think that these items may be cheap quality, but that isn't necessarily the case. I have found some great items in this section and I feel that I always end up getting way more than I probably should another reason I like target is for their cosmetic and skin care area which was recently redone and is aesthetically pleasing to be able to navigate and find all the products you need. Lastly, location is one of the first locations to collaborate with Ulta and have an Ulta mini store inside That you can shop in similar to Sephora's in Kohl's and JCPenney. The nice thing is you can link your Ulta rewards card to your target rewards card so you can continue to build up your Ulta points. And having Starbucks located inside, doesn't hurt! lol read more

I've never done a photo session at a target before and I bought a Groupon for a great place to check it out. The photo shoot was for my little bro, his coworkers, and their 6 month old baby. Sarah, the photographer, was so helpful. She was great with the baby, and the whole group. The photos turned out wonderful! She was really able to capture her bangs, eyes, and beautiful smile. I have reason to believe that this target isn't following Covid-19 policies correctly. I went through the checkout four days ago and the employee cashier was coughing and sneezing and wheezing all over my groceries. I had to stand in the parking lot and spray everything with Lysol before I put it in my car. Will be reporting this to their corporate office as well. Unbelievable that that employee was even allowed to work, let alone be handling people's purchases. read more

Staff are extremely rude at this location, they say face mask are required but they don't enforce it. Some departments are just trashed. Employees seem to hang out back by the pharmacy area and just talk instead of helping customers. read more

I am not a fan of shopping anywhere and big stores usually are my last go-to, but this place is delightful. The staff is wonderful and there was one young man in particular that made me want to come back despite my aversion to shopping. I wish I'd gotten his name to share. If I go back soon I'll seek him out and make sure I call and give him kudos for being such a thoughtful employee and respectful of patrons. read more
